I’m on 4 iu a day. Friend was telling me he does 4 iu every other day.
RustyhookerI can do 3iu and 4 just tweaks my hands out. I havent tried splitting for more than a week as the tingles bug me. Lol

It’d be much better for him to do 2iu Ed. Ghost tried the Eod dosing and his igf levels were lack luster. I break my dosing up into 3x day. 2ius fasted in morning with cardio, 2iu pre workout, 4ius before bed to get that deep gh sleep.

I’m up to 4 iu now. The sides pretty much went away till I bumped up from 2.5-3. Hands stiff all over again lol.

I'm doing 3iu along with some LR3 right now. No tingly fingers yet which is good. Once I am done with the LR3 in a couple more weeks then I will bump up to 4iu and work my way up to 6iu. If I work it up real slow from 3iu I can avoid alot of the numb hands. Unfortunately above 6iu I can't avoid the feeling of wanting to sleep all day so I have to cap it there.

I’m running the Orange tops now. I’m into week 5 long term, in combination with current cycle. My first time with HGH but all the sides were there first 2 weeks quick. Swollen hands, achy too. Then went away ( for the most part) I can’t get past 3 iu in day without being tired as shit, so it’s a bedtime dose. Jumped in and started with 4 boxes. I’m pleased so far. Review coming soon.

IGF-1 came back at 276 ng/mL on a dose of 6 units per day. reference range is 52-328.

Posted bloodwork in my pics. Baseline would help determine if underdosed or bunk but at the doses I took its certainly at least severely underdosed if not bunk. And for what it's worth I don't feel s#!+ from it at 6iu daily. Not my first rodeo.

I just posted blood results for gh and igf on grey tops from here. The igf test is what matters, imo. My gh wasn’t as high as it has been before with other src gh, BUT my igf was the highest it has ever been. I tested right at 4hrs post injection so I think my gh had began its decline on the numbers. But my igf was where I wanted it to be and expected for that dose. I’ve since ordered many more kits.
