6'4 300 lbs its been almost 8 years since iv juiced
I'm on wegovy right now to help with appetite and I plan on running
100mg sus/ 100mg tren ace/ 100mg mast 3x a week and ill add 50 mg prov those days also
be nice and let me know what you think. I know I need to be leaner before cycle but I really don't want to lose what muscle I have being on this medication.

Why not really get into strength training if you haven't already? You could be benching 500lb's for reps with ease and pulling 800 without even having to do steroids and messing yourself up in the process! I am sure you could get to 350 natty and just be a walking man mountain walking around frightening everybody LOL
hahah iv been 350 last time I ran a cycle lol. Don't laugh I actually started Crossfit a month ago hoping it would help lose some weight. I'm finding it hard to lose weight and even harder to do a few of the movements like handstand pushups and waling on my hands lol. I just lost all motivation for the last 2-3 years so I never really worked out but I'm starting to find it more enjoyable to go to the gym. just need to find a diet or coach or something to help me with my goals.

Maybe try and find a new gym that you find more comfortable in and enjoy going to? There are so many different types over there in the US and are all over the place. Like Nattyboomba says underneath, bodyweight exercises are going to be much tougher for you than the average person because of the sheer weight you are having to move. I doubt many people could do a 300lb handstand push up!! For sure I think your best move is to hire a coach and tell them what goals you have - they will tailor a personal training programme for you that will help lose weight and also get in shape together with an effective diet plan. That will prove much more effective than just jumping on something like trenbolone and affecting your health when there is absolutely no need to.
Yo, handstand push-ups & hand walks aren’t something most people can do. If you’re just starting to get back into shape, I would think you wouldn’t be able to do these. Especially with a large frame like you’ve got. You look like you can beef up in no time
Oh, and I would suggest dropping the tren. It’s not your friends, especially at 8 years off cycle.

Plus it’s pointless when you can shoulder press and that man could for his way up to 120+ lbs dumbbells no problem in due time if he’s got no shoulder problems which sound like he doesn’t.
ok ill put this cycle on the back burner for a little and start to up my cardio. I honestly just worried about the semaglutide keeping my calories so slow that id lose muscle. worst case ill just cruise or just do trt dose to keep me motivated. I'm not really going for anything other then wanted to get as lean as I can get. I hate being 300 lbs lol I wouldn't mind being a solid 245-250.

If you keep your protein intake high enough and don't cut cals too low you will lose very little muscle if not gain muscle to replace the fat. I wouldn't worry about losing muscle, just don't over do the cardio. Don't worry about the scale too much. Pay attention to how you actually look in the mirror. Can your family and close friends see a difference over time? The mirror doesn't lie. The scale can skew your perception on losing weight. Like others have said, don't do a cycle until you can drop some weight. You'll see more benefits coming from the cycle when you drop. Good luck.
well the shitty thing is I took test E last week I was just going to do 150-200mg a week until Im ready to cycle. Prob to late to stop that. ill wait until I'm like 275 ish maybe. ill post pics in a month and see where I'm at.

If you wanna hop on Test it wont kill ya but just monitor your E, BP and all that good stuff. You should be fine. You look like you have a decent amount of muscle on you. Coming off Test wont hurt after a week. You'll bounce back quickly. It's really up to you.
I think you should cut the Tren dose in half for the first few weeks to see how you deal with it. To be honest, you could drop Tren entirely and still see great results because you haven’t cycled in so long
Agreed - you got the potential for a solid bulk first while loosing a little bf. If anything you could dabble with a little bit of test to kickstart your gainz. Good luck bud
four different compounds after not running anything for eight years sounds like a lot of wasted potential to me. 300mg/week sust would be easy to manage with pretty much the same results.
You’re a big lad. Sure would be great to be a little leaner, but reality time, people run gear that are nowhere near your level in terms of actual size and shape. Not sure what direction you’re going, (bodybuilding/ strongman / powerlifting etc), so your goals would influence when to start.
Really close IMO, depending on the above. Cardio / diet in check and you’re good.
Ya your well on ure way hit some cardio keep your protein on the high end & I bet you could be cycle ready in 2-3 months. If you start your cycle a touch leaner than your metabolism will kick in hard when that tren kicks in you'll then shed any extra unwanted weight and you'll see with your eyes week to week progress and could even see day to day progress that's if you start your cycle lean because also with mast you've got to be lean to get any of the benefits from it
6’4” 280 with this Frame, then run a cycle. I’d say you’re 6 months away from that cycle you want to run. Drop the weight then run it, don’t jump the gun.
