STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS
Goal is to reach 210 pounds. Lean as can be. I was at 183.6 pounds sunday I am at 191.6 today
Supplements are l carnitine 3,000 mgs a day
Magnesium glycinate 400 mgs a day
Creatine 5 grams a day after loading phase
Food is ALOT
Protien 350 grams a day. It’s been really easy to eat lately.
I’ll post pics when done and keep a log of what I eat and what I gained every week. Pics will be month by month.

Tell you what. I’m looking good. People at work are telling me that I’m filling my work uniform out. I look in the mirror and smile now
End of week two. 195 pounds. Getting stronger. I’ll be starting IGF LR3 in one week maybe two. Starating weight was 183 pounds
I can’t believe you gained so much soo fast. Keep grinding bill
Trying hard. I upped my training with the higher doses of gear. I go to failure and instead of stopping I will set a number. Example I hit failure at 8 reps. Then I hold the weight then force them reps out til I hit 10 or 12. It burns like a mofo but I really break down the muscle. The food is hard to get down and I always feel full but I realize if I eat a lot of fish or chicken I can get it down easier. I take pics every two weeks then I’ll post when cycle is done. When I post All of them I want the last pic to be nice and cut. Right now it’s really wet weight.
Lot of it is muscle memory and it doesn’t look all lean. But I’ll take it lol
First week done. Up 8 pounds but it looks like a LOT of water . Going to adjust my AI dose and if that doesn’t work lower my test to 750 EQ to 750.

It sure why. Never kicked off so fast. But it is mostly water for sure. I cut out sugar and lowered carbs a whole month before starting then no gear no test nothing so I think my body is responding very well. Plus I’m on a loading phase of creatine

I feel ok. Hungry af. Time will tell when my levels are up. Dropped the dbol after two days. It killed my appetite. I just don’t like orals. But I think I will lower my test dose next week if this sloppy water weight gets any worse. Maybe bring it back up when the EQ kicks in

Just be aware that you may need to throw in a mini-cut or two along the way to reset insulin sensitivity. The LR3 will help a bit but that is a long time to be straight on bulking. If you start noticing more fat gain than lean gains, then reset insulin sensitivity.
I am throwing that mini cut in this week. I’ll keep you updated to let everybody know of I gain or lose weight and what it does after I start eating for mass again.
How long of a mini cut? Time wise?
The leaner you are when you start your bulk the longer you can bulk for and the shorter your minicut will need to be. If I am sitting in the mid teens BF starting a bulk I usually have to do a about a 4:1 split. Bulk for 4 weeks and cut 1 week. Starting out under 10% BF or single digits I can go 10+ wks before needing to do a minicut. 1 week is usually all is needed for me but if I really like how the fat is peeling off I'll go a little longer. You never want to plateau though in either phase, because then you are just stagnant. This explains it a little more:

I gain much more muscle doing this then just straight on continual bulk and I don't gain a lick of fat. Huge change in body comp. It keeps your body in a continually revved up state either gaining muscle or losing fat. You gain muscle faster and lose fat quicker.

Drop calories and carbs. I’d like to see what the igf does before I change diet.

Thank you. I quit smoking for this cycle and stopped drinking soda and sugar. Once this glycogen loading phase is done I’ll see what kind of gains I get. She’s my last cycle.
