STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

Goal is to reach 210 pounds. Lean as can be. I was at 183.6 pounds sunday I am at 191.6 today

Supplements are l carnitine 3,000 mgs a day
Magnesium glycinate 400 mgs a day
Creatine 5 grams a day after loading phase
Food is ALOT
Protien 350 grams a day. It’s been really easy to eat lately.

I’ll post pics when done and keep a log of what I eat and what I gained every week. Pics will be month by month.

This is halfway through. Starting weight 183
Now 200 pounds and scale hasn’t moved in a couple weeks but I seem to be getting more definition. Maybe the EQ os drying me out

So I hit 200 pounds even. I am getting more definition but the scale is not moving. This is a good thing. Usually when I get more definition the scale drops. I am really loving this equipoise and DHB

Is your DHB high mg or the standard 100mg/ml just curious how you’re getting 500mg a week also this is my first experience with DHB does it all smell odd

I take the 100 mgs a ml. 2 ccs Monday 2 we’d and one Friday. Doesn’t smell odd at all

Had to lower my doses because I couldn’t eat.
Eq 600 mgs a week
Test 700 mgs a week. Current weight 197.7 very lean. Happy so far woth results.

Ok week 5. Seem to be gaining 0.5 to 0.7 pounds a week. Slow gains now but consistent. Very lean gains. I like the way I look. Didn’t take my EQ shot last week and lowering the dose of EQ to 600 mgs a week. Seems to be killing my appetite. Steady weigh 196.5 as of right now. Started at 183. Not much strength gain but gains are good. I like EQ. I probably could have done as good on a low dose cycle but not sure about this.

Yeah I like EQ now. No anxiety like before but also last time my blood pressure was high. It’s in range now. Clean summer gains. Look good at the beach gains

Stuff had my blood pressure too high for my liking, and stayed high until the drug was out of my system. Donating blood didn’t help. I really liked the results, but I won’t chance it again.

Hows your estrogen management? Curious if EQ lowers e2 enough to offset the raise that DHB sometimes has due to receptor competition.

Not sure. Not bloated and no water weight but bloods won’t be for 5 more weeks

Same thing happens to me now. I used to be able to run EQ high, would get the typical hunger, endurance and recovery. Now I just get anxiety and its tougher to put down food

Back to gaining again. Upped my food intake. Gained 2.6 more pounds. Looking leaner while doing it too. I think I just lost water weight and that’s why I didn’t gain for a week. EQ must be leaning me out.
2.6 pounds in four days. Good stuff

Yeh but you still what 3 weeks into the cycle I guess you like me and want it NOW lol throw in some dbol if you can tolerate it and add proviron it’ll unlock all the other stuffs true potential…or so I’ve been told

haven’t gained weight in almost a week. Going to have to eat more. Maybe the glycogen loading is done and I’m losing water weight. I’m not sure. Any input?
I think I should take measurements instead of obsessing over the scale

The weight you start putting on now is going to be more of the weight that you can keep when cycle is over. Expect to drop everything you gained up to this point when cycle is done. Calipers are your true friend. You may be recomping and losing fat gaining muscle but see no net change on scale. BF measurements will tell the true story though.
