My focus is going to be trying to develop my already developed back more. I've come to the conclusion that I am at the mercy of my genetics, although I will continue to work on my lagging parts like triceps, chest, calve and hamstrings, I should also hammer my good body parts even more back, biceps, shoulders and display my strengths to make up for my weaknesses.
I always focus heavily on the triceps. It's the majority of the upper arm. I work bis' maybe once a week. I just don't feel the need.
My arms look good overall measure 20" but my biceps are better than my triceps because of injuries. I train ever muscle once a week typically. My 3 splits are
Split 1:
1.chest, biceps, calves
2.Back, rear delt, traps
3.Off
4. Legs/calves
5. Shoulders, triceps
6.Off
Split 2:
1.chest
2.legs/calves
3. Arms
4. Off
5.back
6. Shoulders/calves
7.off
Split 3:
1. Chest, shoulders, triceps
2. Back, biceps, traps
3. Legs
4. Off
5. Repeat

I added over head french presses with the ez curl bar and my tricep long heads grew like crazy bro. Thought I’d chime in. Triceps have became a strong point.
Yes great exercise, unfortunately I'm limited because my tendons, I tore one off the bone already and other has some tendonitis. I can close grip bench press comfortably with 225 and cable work I can do.

Thanks bro, I was in good shape going into it so if I can add 2-5 lbs of actual muscle that would be outstanding. My digestion is the best it's been in years. I've identified which compounds I can and can't do without triggering my delayed-gastric emptying, tren is 100% one of them that fks with my digestion. Running gear as long as I have there are consequences.
I run GH am/pm split.
I'll run the test and eq for 10-12 weeks and maybe switch up compounds, maybe sooner, after the androl is finished I'll take 4 weeks break and then throw in the winstrol.
Do you find that HGH Moses effectiveness when running Einstein? I’m going to be running HGH and do t want to waste it

I’ve done a lot of gut healing but I just ordered some Tren from GK so I’m interested in seeing if I have any issues with it. Yeah man you’re 2 weeks in and you already look better than most people at the end of a cycle so 5lbs of solid muscle will look fucking dynamite on you. I’m gonna be running some EQ here coming up too but I had a good run with Bold Cyp so I’m hoping to see some similar results and run it quite a bit longer. Been toying with idea of some GH. Starting to look into these “anti-aging” protocols lol
People like to say you have to run eq a long time at least 16 weeks and with primo too and its simply not true. For example after 8 weeks you will have a substantial amount of boldenone in the system with a half life about 21 days. Your last injection at 8 week will still be releasing in your system at week 11 maybe even 12 so just because you stop injections it's still working. It may take 5-6 weeks to notice gains but that's with any long Ester compound. Bold cyp was to painful when I tried it and didn't make sense to use again because I noticed no benefit using it only unnecessary pain
