I've been using 4 iu/day for a week now but it's still way too soon to have an opinion on it. I'm going to test my GH in about 3 more weeks.

One thing I will say is that the 5 vials I have reconstituted so far have all had a very strong, negative pressure (vacuum) that sucks the BAC water out of the slin pin which is something I look for with peps and GH.

It's not going to tell you much about product quality but it at least indicates that the manufacturer knows what they are doing from a product prep standpoint.

I'm using 4 iu growth, 80 mcg clen and 50 mcg T-3 with 75 mg test ace/75 mg tren ace EOD to aid in shedding some unwanted fat prior to a trip to the Dominican next month. All products from Ultima.

I just was using it and switched to another brand last week but it doesn't come with water and it seemed legit to me based of the side effects I had. I have like mild carpel tunnel so I get alot of swelling in my hands, I think more then most other people, so idk if youll have the same effect

I only tried 2 vials but liked it. Felt a bit stronger even then a good generic I've been using.

Im using it right now, I was doing 2 ius a day and then went up to 3 ius a day. I haven't had any drastic results with fat loss or anything but I'm in a pretty big calorie surplus and its only been about a month I do experience fluid retention and tingling in my hands and my blood sugar when I wake up has gone up about 15 points on average, so I'd say it's definitely real. also, when I do it right before bed or try and go up to 4 ius a day, i wake up with super swollen hands so I don't do it before bed and have had to just stay at 3 ius for now.
