Are you guys backed up with shipping right now due to the promo orders?
So I was assuming this was the case and was starting to worry because I had two separate orders that stated label created but it wasn’t updating. PMR contacted me and said they had an issue with supply at their warehouses on Nakon items so they asked if it was ok if they sent ultima instead, I said yes. They sent domestically without adjusting price and threw in an extra couple of bottles(2week turnaround time) -the other pack was actually ordered November 28th this one was a few days later now they contacted me and stated again they will send domestically. I’m just waiting on that one as well which hopefully will arrive next week. I’m not negating anyones experience on eta delivery or communication because sometimes they do have long periods of delivery but to me this guy will overcompensate if you’ve waited too long for a pack that’s just my experience.
