Advice on PCT

I am 18 years old weighing in at 145 and height being 5'9". I am about to start my first cycle of 400 mg of Test Enanthate for 8 weeks and 500 mg of Test E from weeks 9-16. I am going to take 12.5 mg of arimidex 3 times a week at week 5 of my cycle. I want to get my PCT either before I start my cycle, or towards the beginning of it just to be prepared. does anybody have a PCT schedule that would be effective for this cycle? I understand its not a huge cycle but I want to start small to figure it all out first and I want to make sure im recovering properly so advice on what I should take, dosage size, and a time frame would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Jeez man, 145 lbs means you're basicaly skin-coated skeleton. You don't need to cycle, you need to learn basics. First of all, how to eat and train. You can do this for years, succesfully building solid foundation for your future cycles. Hoping on a gear at 18, considering the fact that you're underfed is really dumb idea. At your age your test is high enough, you have plenty of unused potential. Don't screw yourself up. Be smarter than that.

Anonalready ordered the steroids and needles so too late. i have eating disorders so its insanely hard for me to gain weight and gain muscle which is why im resorting to this
Steroids will not help you break the plateau with food. What do you want, stay on gear life-long, to get over these so called "eating disorders" ?

AnonI get not supporting the choice but im going to anyways so wouldn't the safest thing be to at least give advice to the people like me too stupid to make the correct choice? you don't have to condone my choices but wouldn't somebody want to condone of safety even when making dumb choices? I get it though thats how the community works. No hate. I get im a dumb teenager
