First HGH Run
ad
Completely beginner so please feel free to just direct me to another link if its already out there. Recently got 360 IUS of HGH. Considering 1 iu a day. 5 days on/ 2 days off for first two months and re-evaluating.
Specific questions:
1) Need PCT/ off time for hgh?
2) At 5'10 178lbs is that dosage sufficient to see effects
3) Not very comfortable with needles so going to go with alternating thigh injections. Is this ok?
4) A few years back I used one of the jet injectors, are those still around and would you recommend me locating one of those?
5) Any other suggestions or do's/don'ts

I am baffled as to how someone ends up with 360iu's of Human Growth hormone who has absolutely no idea of how to run it? Are you already running steroids?
“ is that dosage sufficient to see effects”
What effects are you looking for from hgh?
1iu a day... not worth it....wont notice anything.....2iu/d same thing. 3iu you will start to see some longer term fat loss. 4-5iu even better results. None of this 5/2 dosing BS either. Some clown who couldn't afford to run a proper cycle of it came up with that BS suggestion. GH is ED. Not sure what effects you were expecting to see but results from GH are not dramatic. You will see quicker and more dramatic results just from tweaking diet. Unless you have natty low IGF levels to begin with I wouldn't even bother with anything less than 3iu. Otherwise all you are doing is just replacing your natty GH/IGF to begin with which makes no sense to do. Pin it SubQ. Get baseline IGf tested before using any to see if it is even worth low dosing.
That is a pretty minimal dose. The dose that is ideal will depend on a few things, one of which being the quality & purity of your product. I would suggest 2 iu per day to start, 7 days a week. There is no PCT needed, although sometimes people will use MK-677 to help restart their natural HgH production after a cycle of use (6-12 month usage cycle is common). Others run it year round, no time off. Also, you can inject it anywhere, but a 31 gauge insulin pin works great and is relatively painless. A sub-q injection is the easiest I would say, and the belly skin, love handles & hips/upper thigh are common injection areas. Jet injectors are unnecessary. Also, age is a factor; you’ll see more benefit as you get older, as we produce quite sufficient quantities when we’re younger, but as with all things production declines as we age.
Appreciate you taking the time!
