I’m not familiar with the drug, it’s mechanism of action, etc, but that’s where I was going with the question. I’m sure it works, but what are the long term effects? Does a tolerance build up?
The reason it starts off very low mate is to get your body use to it, if you go in middle of the range dose then you will feel too ill and have to quit it quickly. If you start low and slowly increase it then the body becomes accustomed to it and you can tolerate it more easily. I guess it means you can still eat somewhat rather than just not at all Lol Then after about 8 weeks you reach a maintenance dose but do have the option of dropping down if that is still too high. I've read quite a few stories on it in our papers here.
Not that I have read before, its more a case of people calling it quits after 2 to 3 months as they lose so much weight and become sick of feeling nauseous on it. It signals the brain that you are full all the time and slows gastric emptying.
My girlfriend only wanted to lose 15 lbs. She lost almost 20 using 1 vial of ultima semaglutide over 1 month. If you over eat too fast and too much on it you will feel sick for a few hours and possibly vomit.
Her Dr, was like so do you want to try one of the new miracle drugs that all the women are taking to lose weight. Well it’s helps with more than just weight lose he said he has never seen a drug like this, with so many positive benefits.
That is an insane amount of weight to lose in that span of time. I’m guessing they all probably feel pretty good dropping that much weight. Curious if anybody running growth has looked into this to help with insulin resistance? Something I may consider down the road.
I’ll tell ya, it’s got my wheels spinning. I’ve got some really stubborn fat I can’t shake off no matter how hard I try. I’m just worried about losing muscle instead of fat. I’d rather be a little chubby than lose all my gains and be back at square one
I don't think there is any way you can hold on to muscle if you run this stuff - it literally will barely allow you to eat anything. I don't know how people have enough energy to function through out the day if they can't eat lol I guess they get loaded up on coffee etc but that will still be tough if you feel sickly!
LOL I was just about to say you don't need this mate then realised its not for you!!
Its important with this to start at a low dose and work your way up otherwise side effects can leave you bed ridden and throwing up for days if you start at the max dose.
Get her to read this before she uses it matey - its the same compound basically and works the same but different name:
Completely different altogether bro dosing specially...Semaglutide (aka ozempic, wegovy) is once a week injection dosing. Saxenda (Liraglutide) is daily injects.. different compounds, treats similarly
I was reading about it in the newspaper the other day as everyone is trying to get on it over here due to it being free on the NHS now, and because both of the compounds end in 'utide' I assumed it was one of the same thing as they are both GLP-1 analogues, but yeah I see one is to be injected daily and the other weekly. Interesting article:
Lmfao hell no not for me but she can’t definitely utilize this compound bro .25 a week for a month already got a protocol for her I’m gonna check this one out to thanks press!
Yeh scrap what I said mate - Don't have her injecting it daily or she WILL feel like shit lol I can imagine a lot of people making that mistake actually, I doubt the peptides in the vials come with dosing schedules/instructions do they?
LMAO Cheers buddy - I can handle being wrong on weight loss pens and peptides, personally that would be my idea of hell injecting something that would make you not want to eat for a week!
'Research shows that Semaglutide is more effective in improving blood glucose control and weight loss compared to Liraglutide'
'There was more side effects with Semaglutide when compared to liraglutide, especially nausea and diarrhoea'
Those quotes are taken from that link I posted above mate from the London Obesity Clinic, I guess it also depends on whether you want to inject every day or once a week too.
Are there many long term studies done on the effects of the body’s natural abilities to regulate glucose and natural insulin production?
I believe its called becoming Diabetic lol
Lifted-presence92Lmfao!
I’m not familiar with the drug, it’s mechanism of action, etc, but that’s where I was going with the question. I’m sure it works, but what are the long term effects? Does a tolerance build up?
Lifted-presence92Yes I’m assuming tolerance builds that’s why the protocols increase dosing when docs prescribe it.

What dose was she starting at and was that thr feeling the whole time or just after a certain dose?
Just curious how the wife’s sister made out on the Semaglutide.
Lifted-presence92She got to nauseas on it so it was discontinued after 4 weeks that’s just her experience tho
Thanks for the response. My gf just got a script one injection .25 and she is already noticing her appetite diminish.
Lifted-presence92That’s legit Brotha yeah some people do really well and others don’t just like anything else out there essentially.
I know that’s right. Yeah we weren’t sure if insurance would cover or how much it would be. Thankfully insurance did cover and it was only $15.
Lifted-presence92Dude that’s wild people are paying a pretty penny going to clinics getting that stuff and it’s just a insulin peptide
Her Dr, was like so do you want to try one of the new miracle drugs that all the women are taking to lose weight. Well it’s helps with more than just weight lose he said he has never seen a drug like this, with so many positive benefits.
My niece lost 80lbs over the past six months and one of my clients lost 30lbs in the first month

Lifted-presence92Damn yeah man I feel that maybe give it a try just for a few weeks
Very tempting, especially being off of everything besides GH and a little test. I’ll keep ya posted if I do it
