Hi just wondering what peoples thoughts are on hitting one body part once per week?
Is it really enough?
Or do you find it more beneficial training body parts twice a week, each on different days?

Usually muscles soar for roughly 3 days after but 3rd day very minimal to be honest
Yeah man, don't be afraid to take a couple months. You don't want to rush it. You'll save yourself from injuries in the long run. Something people don't often think about is your joints, ligaments and tendons take longer to get use to the strength gains than muscles. Muscles generally outpace them in gains and recovery.
