Awesome Experience with AUSTARLABS!
After being totally ripped by my old supplier Austeroids.is (Mark) which was a great supplier for nearly a decade but went totally sour and took my money and disappeared twice (I know I'm slow to learn). Now realise its a total con site but these guys at AUSTARLABS are really great. Tried my first order and gor it in 4 days and emailed Rob twice and he replied immeditely so no issues and happy to recomend that we once again have a reliable supplied!!!!

Rob was very friendly and always responded within 24 hours to my inquiries. Package came super fast and intact.

First time ordering, had an issue with delivery time however, I was notified via email there would be a slight delay. I sent a few emails and got a response within 24 hours. Extremely transparent process. 100% will order again and highly recommend.

So far so great. Ordered on Friday and received on Monday. 1 vial each of test and deca. Obviously can't comment on the product yet, but I'll be a repeat customer for sure if it's as good as the service.

Made a bigger order this time

dropping another review since receiving my 3rd package now,. this time test e and deca. Came fast as usual 3 days since transfeing payment over. started the deca 2 weeks ago and definitely filling out. havent tested it with a pedkit though but i was on cruising on test before and adding this in i can feel its legit deca and not underdosed. happy camper

The bloke Rob is a legend. Good domestic source, very legit, responsive. It was my first time buying online with bitcoin, and arrived in 3 days. Good to go.

I posted earlier regarding this service (first time I had used). Just thought I'd mention I recently ordered 8 x test e and 2 x deca and it arrived within a couple of business days, no issues.

My experience was of high quality. Ordered a few test e vials back in Nov with low hopes as previous sources did the common thing of no shows and no communication. Austar labs came through. I was hesitant at first as the tracking number continued to "pend". I was going to send a email through to them but then received a email stating product had been restocked, which got my hopes up. Product still arrived in reasonable time with Xmas around the corner.
I have not done bloods but due to results so far I without a doubt believe the shit is legit. Extremely pleased with the service and product so far and will be reordering for sure. Many thanks to the austarlabs team, absolute legends!

Ordered 1x Test E and 1x Sus to test out the source back in October - everything came within days with absolutely zero issues. Followed up with a second order for Deca and more Test in early November. While there were some delays to the second order due to stock and auspost issues, the overall experience was very positive. Rob's communication was absolutely second to none. Responded to emails within hours, always kept me updated on next steps and provided tracking numbers for all orders.

• Ordered 5 x 10mL Test E (with free shipping promo on offer at the time)
• Payment processed through the standard channels, which was acknowledged within 12 hours
• Tracking number provided within 48 hours from payment
• Tracking number showed no scanning after 3 days, so I hit Rob up
• A day or so later, he provided a second tracking number, which also had zero scanning activity. At this point, to be honest, I thought I'd blown my cash, but Rob insisted he was legit, and my order wasn't the only one that had gone missing. He seemed genuine, but I'd never dealt with him, so wasn't convinced he'd pull through.
• At this stage I was hassling him daily, and he responded to all of my messages within a few hours, if not instantly.
• He advised that he'd now run out of stock to send another replacement order, and was waiting on his own stock to arrive to begin production on a fresh batch. I was down to the last few mL of my last vial, and couldn't afford to run out, so I asked him to level with me and let me know if I'd been scammed so that I could move on to another source. He told me to keep the faith, and that he'd send me one of the vials he had set aside for his own personal use, which was a nice gesture.
• He sent a new tracking number for the package containing the single vial, as well as photos of the satchel being dropped into the Post Box, which was a nice touch. The single vial arrived within a few days, so my hope was restored, and meant I wouldn't have to start a mid-cycle PCT. Fucking phew!
• 2 days later, he sent the tracking number for the remaining 4 vials. This number happened to be the same as the number for the second 'replacement' order, haha! So I reckon he was just trying to buy some time to get the next batch produced, but got screwed over when his supplies were delayed.
• The second package of 4 vials arrived today, so the order has now been supplied in full.

I can't fault Rob's communication - it would have been nice if he fessed up about the supply issue earlier, but I guess that might have looked even more dodgy from my end, so he was probably hedging his bets that he could get the new batch produced and posted before it became a problem. Considering they're just trying to get things started, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt - I can appreciate that there can be teething issues when setting up an operation like this, and I probably would have done the same thing so, no harm no foul!

At the end of the day, Rob's a top bloke to deal with and I hope his operation succeeds to be a reliable domestic Aussie supplier long into the future.

I was burnt by austeroids so I'll never order in bulk again. Happy to risk 1 off vials . I've ordered two so far, and first came unlabeled , second was labelled. Very fast delivery. Would recommend on delivery alone, needs to be tested to it's efficacy. So take it with a grain of salt..but I'm satisfied so far. I might put an order for a third this week so I've got excess

Same as others have mentioned - I’ve used other online services in the past, which have unfortunately changed hands or turned into scammers. Been burnt the last 3 times I think. Hence my reason for posting.

Luckily the site is real; I had avoided many Oz sources due to their reputation of being scammy. I was having shipping issues with one of big international sources for a few weeks which ended up not working out. Last time I ordered from him I got Sus and Tren - fair to say tren was great minus the tren cough I got a couple time. Pumps were great, bed sweats etc the usual crap that comes along with tren.
