Hello all,
For the next 3 months I will be getting back in to training, naturally. The training will be mainly compound exercises 5 days a week. The plan is to get my strength up, put some size on and drop some fat. I've never really counted calories and usually start with a base diet and adjust it to how I feel and how my body is reacting to it. My metabolism has always been high. Depending on where I'm at after the 3 months, I might run my first injectable cycle and adjust my current diet accordingly. (detailed below) I also have some anvar which I was planning on running in a pyramid 20>40>60>40>20 through weeks #4 to #10. But, I'm now leaning more towards a test only cycle. I have managed to source everything domestically in Australia and haven't personally tried any of them.

5 years consecutive natural training
1 oral + hgh cycle (7 weeks var + 6 months hgh
3 years on and off natural training
18 months of no training
Work :
10 hours a day, 5 days a week manual construction

TUES : Chest / Triceps
WED : Back / Biceps
THUR : Core
FRI : Shoulders / Triceps
(15 minutes skipping post weights)
Diet :
MEAL #1 - 1 cup of oats, 1 tbs peanut butter, 20g almonds, 1 scoop whey, 450ml full fat milk + (bcaa, creatine, glutamine, green tea, cod liver oil x 1 serving)
MEAL #2 - 1/2 cup jasmine rice, 200g chicken, green beans / broccoli + 20g almonds
MEAL #3 - 1/2 cup jasmine rice, 200g chicken, green beans / broccoli + 20g almonds
MEAL #4 - 1.5 baked potatoes, 80g tuna, green beans / broccoli + 1 banana
MEAL #5 - White potatoes, 8oz rump steak + green beans / broccoli
PRE - Bcaa, creatine + glutamine
POST - Bcaa, creatine + glutamine
WATER - 3.5-4.5L

WEEK #1 - Test Cyp 200mg (100mg x 2)
WEEK #2 - Test Cyp 200mg (100mg x 2)
WEEK #3 - Test Cyp 250mg (125mg x 2)
WEEK #4 - Test Cyp 250mg (125mg x 2)
WEEK #5 - Test Cyp 300mg (150mg x 2)
WEEK #6 - Test Cyp 300mg (150mg x 2)
WEEK #7 - Test Cyp 250mg (125mg x 2)
WEEK #8 - Test Cyp 250mg (125mg x 2)
WEEK #9 - Test Cyp 200mg (100mg x 2)
WEEK #10 - Test Cyp 200mg (100mg x 2)
WEEK #11 - Off Cycle + 250iu HCG eod

I'am not a professional, neither have I had any input from a professional. I strictly lift weights as a hobby, outlet for stress and to feel good about myself.

JuicedAggressionCongrats on the planning bro! Excellent to see someone work out their entire plan and obviously do your homework prior to your first actual cycle. Very impressed with the details of your plan. Well done brother. May want to throw in Nolva at the end tho. Especially if you plan to run that hcg, but I'd drop that. Everything else looks great. Personally I'd pin that Cyp 300 from the jump till the end. Crush it bro!
Thanks mate. That's just the starting point for the cycle, so plenty of room for improvement yet. What's your thoughts behind dropping the hcg and without it, would that eliminate the need for the nolva? Cheers

Nice also to see someone write what they do for a living in terms of your daily energy expenditure and workload as that is going to affect massively how much food you need to consume and how your training will look based around this. Stick with what he is saying to you underneath - Good Luck!!
Cheers mate. I have a bit of basic knowledge in sports fitness, just something I studied out of interest.
First off, let me congratulate you on your extremely detailed plan. I love that you included the training and diet, which honestly are the most important in my opinion. I have to say though I do not believe your cycle is long enough to fully maximize the cypionate ester. You're modulating your dose before you are even reaching concentration. The reason you would increase androgens during a cycle is to continue growing/gaining strength, which should be assessed during your cycle. That could be 6 weeks, 8 weeks or 10 weeks in. You can't really plan for that. I would just go straight to 300mg and stay there for 12 weeks, progressively overloading your cycle will be a tactic when you are more advanced. Good luck man!
I appreciate that mate. The principle behind it was that tapering on and off gives your body time to adjust to the changes, only something that i read whilst researching. I'm not looking to go all guns blazing, so it appealed to me for that reason. But, I also don't want to waste my time. What you said makes sense. I'm still a way off from pulling the trigger. I know that I can build a better base yet. Thanks for the comments.
there is a self tapering effect as the cypionate builds in your system, remember the cyp half life, think about starting from 0, you wont go to 300mg the first week, how many weeks to reach full concentration?
The half life is 12 days. I don't how many weeks until full concentration?

I read that too mate. But, then I saw an old thread on here, detailing the half life's of all the different steroids and Cyp was 12. Confusing.
