Test, Tren, HGH

What’s the opinion on a cycle similar to this:

Test Cyp 400mg/week (6 months)
Somatropin 4-6iu/day (6 months)
Tren E 200mg/week (first 10 weeks)

I feel like I’ve plateaued at 215-218. Trying to add dense muscle growth. Just wanting opinions and help with what to do!

I've run tonnes of trenbolone over the years at various dosages, and given you are already near 220lb's and not a beginner you may as well run it at a dose where you will see a proper difference. 400mg/wk to 500mg/wk are the doses that will put proper muscle on and you will still feel pretty good at the same time, going up to 600 to 700 things start to feel rough and you'll feel big BP increases. Training becomes much tougher etc. Running 200mg/wk is pointless - sure you will make more gains than if you leave it out but its really just pissing in the wind. I'm more than sure others will disagree with me on this, so you can always try it for yourself and see what I am talking about. In terms of running Test at 400mg/wk for 6 months it ain't gonna be a big mass builder either on its own - it needs to be stuck with another bulker such as NPP or Deca. How long you choose to run either of those for is up to you - but they also pair very well with trenbolone too.

Do you recommend the test 400mg/week and HGH 4-6ish daily for 6 months? I basically have pictures in February and was planning to start this cycle at the end of November. So basically I was gonna run Tren with my first 10 weeks of the cycle and then proceed running Somatropin and Test for the remaining 6 months.

Basically wanted to run a longer cycle of something somewhat safe to add denseness to my frame.

I agree 200mg in that stack is not going to do much. Bulking comes down to food and training optimization. I would agree that Tren E at those dosages would be effective at adding muscle if the person could handle the sides.

I will say though that many that mix Deca/Npp and Tren will have issues but I know in PMs we have talked about how that is a fav stack of yours, others might not tolerate it as well.

I would stick to your original recommendation of stacking the test with a more anabolic drug like Deca or Primo.

I dont know all your stats or info so this will be many questions and concerns.

  1. 24 weeks is a long time to cycle even if its just high test. I normally do around 16-20 weeks but I am on trt.

  2. You seem relatively light for your height. I question the nutrition aspect of your plan. Tren is not the best for packing on size, especially if you dont know how to eat while on it. I also do not see much benefit to adding in hgh at 5iu/day for a bulk.

  3. Id recommend a Primo cycle and leaving the Tren out. Primo gives nice steady gains when ran high for long. Since you are taking hgh, I assume you can afford Primo.

I usually do a cycle anywhere between 12-16 weeks.
I noticed I put Tren for 200mg a week, but I meant 200lg 2x per week for the first 10 weeks.

I am light for my height. Naturally built like a lollipop but have changed my framed (if I quit lifting today I could drop to 170 lbs by next month) I’m usually eating around 3600 calories. 200 protein, 250 carbs, 123 fats. (Please give opinions on that also) I’ve always been told 4-6ius are good for beginner HGH cycle but running it for a longer duration helps the results with growth.

Tren is still a poor mass builder. You could use it to recomp if you have some fat you want to lose. If you are okay with getting a little watery for the sake of overall muscle mass then go to Deca or NPP. Primo would be one for slowly quality results over time like HGH.

I would raise your protein up. I prefer to eat at 1.5x bw. I also cycling carbs and calories when bulking to keep insulin sensitivity

Ever ran tren? Most start with a just in case of bad sides. Also for me 200mg is where I started. 5iu is the swrey spot for me with gh especially considering each vial is 10iu.

I have ran Tren, a few times and it gives me the typical hard lean look. I’m a tall, lanky figure overall, so I’m really wanting to add dense muscle to my frame. Running:
Test C 400mg weekly
EQ 600mg weekly
NPP 300mg weekly. And have been for 15 weeks now. Ready to cycle off and was mainly wondering what’s best for the next cycle

You're on the right path with the tren then imo. Me personally I really start growing at around 400mg per week but we're all different. I've went at high as 900 and the only sides that sucked were irritability and acid reflux / insomnia... Tren is addictive. I've never ran eq but the concensus is it can and should be ran for a longer period to really benefit from it.
