+ 3 Phlebotomist (gene variant test towards blood issues)
Had a few blood clots recently on only 200mg of Test(TRT) a week. The clots landed me in the hospital for 6 days & the doctors ran a bevy of tests. One of my doctors a phlebotomist ran a test to see if I had anything genetically different about my blood. Apparently from one of my parents I inherited a gene that makes me more susceptible to blood clots. It’s called “Heterozygous” & taking things like TRT & Nolvadex make it from 2 to 20 fold chance probability of happening. Now I’m in my later years that I won’t say exactly how old I am, but let’s just say I’m very close to 50. I’ve been in the game s longtime(low doses) & never had a problem. Started TRT a year & half ago & had a hard time keeping my RBC in range even donating blood 4 time’s a year. I suggest everybody should do this type of test and ask their phlebotomist to check the genetic structure of their blood.
I dodged a bullet, but if the clots were in my heart or brain I would’ve been way worse off.

Tricepatops+1 for getting this figured out and posting what the cause was and how it is affecting you use of AAS now. Best of luck
TricepatopsGlad you got it figured out. Any pills that seem to lower estro have blood clots as a side effect. Certain women can't take birth control pills until they are screened if they have a good doctor for those effects. Then for men using trt on top which can increase some men's red blood cell count can increase the chance of a blood clot.
I don't want to get into politics but if you were COVID vaccinated, the vaccine causes blood clots. Not sure if you were or not but just so everybody is aware of this. Take extra precaution if you have been vaccinated and are on peds/trt
So does covid as well, had friends non vaccinated.
Never got jabbed
Rustyhooker@Tricepatops ....whys it bad he never got the jab? Number 1 side effect per manufacturer is blood cloil ts, embolism and strokes. So asking the op was on par for the topic and facts.
TricepatopsBy the way I don't think we should get upvoted if we been vaccinated or not how the hell is that helping someone and should give you karma. Also the OP comes out and straight says it is a genetic issue and has nothing to do with vaccine, birth control pills etc. By the way more women have strokes and blood clots from birth control in the last 6 months then all vaccines of COVID combined. That is only women also. Nolvadex or any AI we take has a chance to give us clots more then vaccines along with test. And also this is a steroid forum not a medical forum. The funny thing is we all know that AAS can cause it but all you people blame it on a vaccine not the shit we all been using. I don't even like to admit it because I am on trt and do this and this is a scary fact about using AAS. In the end the OP stated it was a GENETIC disorder but yet the guy still had to ask even though the damn answer was given to him. And by the guys response about asking about vaccines shows what his political agenda was.
RustyhookerSo you neg him for simply telling the truth...he didnt get jabbed.
Thats sweet
Good, stay away from those vaccines. Those things are dangerous.
TricepatopsBro spreading fake BS is what is wrong with this community. I work in health care and test COVID patients first hand and over 95% of the hospitilzed are unvaccinated so I see it first hand for the last 2 plus years. I don't need the news or anyone else telling me it isn't better to get the vaccine then not. Are there a few outliners like ever great discovery In the world yes. But do your research about mRNA and the amazing things they are doing with it. But no matter what you say it is always political before Trump told you not to get it you were not an anti vaxxer and you have you MMR , Tdap and other vaccines. The guy Trump who told you not to get was vaccinated all along and told his people to get vaccinated.
I just don't think vaccine talk is relevant when you come on here and ask the guy if it was the vaccine when he clearly dates it was a genetic disorder.
Rustyhooker@Greg op snswered a question backed by science and now everyones getting negs ^^^
You just be dick riding all the stuff I post like all the gh and bpc stuff. And the first thing I said was I don't want to get political, before I asked if he was vaccinated or.not because like Rusty said it's the side effects for the vaccines. Your the one bugging about politics, calm down dude lol. Keep believing everything you see on the news on TV and you'll get far in life haha.
I would lower your dose. 200mg is nearly twice what most people use. Get down to more normal range and your body should be back to homeostasis and not near as high a risk.
Yeah.., I was thinking more like 75mg maybe 100mg, but the doctors want me totally off for 6 months. I’m just running HCG & HMG until I get sorted. They said stay away from Nolvadex too.
