Possibly headed to Nuclear war

ad

I don't deny my disdain for our worthless president. Putin makes him look like a 2 bit whore and now we have this new shit coming down. This might be a good thing, or it could even be worse as Russia shows its power it might turn on us. Our president would do NOTHING if you want my opinion on the matter.

For those who have not been following, Putin has been crushing ISIS religiously for the past few weeks while Obama is too busy trying to get his fellow scumbags voted into office. Putin has been moving his nukes close the border for a few days now and its amazing we aren't hearing about it in the news.

Damn Nostradamus over here.

We very well may see the world fall out from Nuclear devices decimating massive parts of continents. The fact that it was 6 years later that this is coming to fruition. With the VICE PRESIDENT of Obama, who Obama HIMSELF was once quoted as saying, "Don't underestimate Joe's ability to fuck things up". Yes, THAT GUY will be in the seat of the Leader of the Free World when it happens. With all his sleepiness and feckless policies based off the backs of BLM and Trans activists that comprise 2% of our population, he has managed to become the one of - if not the worst presidents of all time, most certainly in my time. And there is not one reasonable individual in sight that can replace him.

Good call tho, Damus.

Time to be a prepper. We’re not not hardcore ones but, Me and the wife do have MREs,rice, beans, canned food and a few kinds of high end water purifiers. The wife built three AR 15s bought a shotgun then a handgun and tons of ammo. Plus medical supplies. We might never need it but with how crazy the world has gotten it helps us sleep better at night. I know refugees at my job that came from war torn countries and the stories about the groups of bad guys robbing for food and what they have done to people. It can get crazy and if The SHTF I’ll be somewhat prepared. Get on the survivalist boards. It has good info. When the food became non existent that’s when people turned to monsters. Keep that in mind.

BrofessorChaos's picture

Jesus. Thankfully I’ve spent the last couple years studying bushcrafting and really focusing on growing food and raising animals. Just about got a closed loop, “needing” almost nothing from outside the house in terms of food. Generator that can run the house, gas stored, etc. this year we’re starting to can and stock food supplies when SHTF. Also trying to stock up on gear, as I do not want to be anywhere near the smallest dude out in that environment. Fuck that.

“who are motivated by a range of ideologies and galvanized by recent political and societal events in the United States pose an elevated threat to the Homeland in 2021.”

"HOMELAND"

They should just come out and say "motherland" They are one step away from not even trying to hide the communist rhetoric anymore. This isn't the only example. Censorship is here, the thought police have arrived, and soon "we will own nothing, and we will be happy".

Look up Yuri bezmonov. He tells you exactly what’s happening. He’s an ex KGB spy that tells you how this started. His job was to make this happen.

This article is TERRIFYING.

Great news source BTW, thanks for that.

Dont worry Irish, nobody is nuking anyone else. It's saber rattling, showmanship, etc. The Russian nationalists love this kind of stuff, detracts them from the fact that their GDP is absolute shit, their population is actually declining as opposed to growing, poverty levels are high, and their involvement in the Mid East is economically unsustainable for any protracted amount of time.

IrishMack's picture

You have to admit, Putin is doing a pretty good job of making some people.look stupid though. I love my country, but not the path it is heading currently.

trainforgain's picture

Putin is getting shit done though gotta admit. We have so many bs rules of engagement now. The al asad marine core base with 200 marines has been surrounded for months by Isis launching RPGs and shit into the base. And Obama won't cut the marines loose to go to work. If Isis is a coward and hides in a school or hospital putin doesn't care he blows it up show them wherever they hide and hole up they arnt safe. Just like Benghazi the marines had rifles but had to use empty magazine for them on a embassy base. And requested back up over and over which Hillary denied there was a combat troops within distance of the embassy but told to not to move. And let those Marines get slaughtered like pigs she should be put on trial for murder. The wiki leaks shows the murders of people she had carried out. And you know if you look at the wiki leaks your identity is logged and you can be denied govt loans or assistance and student loans. That's how bad they don't want it read by people. Its not the troops, when I was in we always said shoot first and ask questions later us going home is more iimportant. I had no problem throwing a grenade in if I heard noise on the other side before clearing or go in shooting I'd rather have me and my fellow marines have to live with what we did then go home in a box or injured We are being chained up and can't engage anything for politcsl reasons. We have jets with millions in bombs and jet fuel flying the deserts 24/7 to land with their full payload because of the rules of engagement. I had a buddy tell me when the us jets fly over no one even glances much anymore because they know they can't do anything unless its a completely open target with nothing even close around. So Isis is out in the open on city streets knowing we can't bomb there compounds or training camps because there next to civilian centers

In general public perspective, I absolutely agree with you that Putin is making some leaders look incredibly weak and misguided, even at his home base.

I don't usually get involved in political debates, unless it has to do with socio-economic topics because those are important to me, and I too agree with you regarding course alteration. I don't think going to war with Russia over some patch of desert land is the right course though. The only way I can see any country winning the war on radicalism is by expanding, and protecting, access to education and increased liberation of women out there.

One must also understand that influence is no longer enforced the same way it was 40 years ago. The US influence is now global, and it is deeply rooted too, even in countries like Russia. This is thanks in large part to globalization, which has made economies so interdependent that it's difficult to think of nations as separate entities anymore.

I'd like to believe this was on display with the Russian sanctions. They could have been a lot more severe and on a much grander scale than they were, but because whether we like it or not Russia is also an intricate part of the global economy (especially the energy sector and the ties to EU), it was more of a check and balance initiative than actual punishment. You might not like the guy, but he's on your team pulling the rope with you... Nudge him to do his part, but don't trip him up.

Edit: In addition to your TY below, I too would like to thank everyone for the civility. It is a great sight to witness the destruction of stereotypes regarding AAS.

Must consider all stories are written for a purpose, and reflect the viewpoints of the writer or venue the writer works for. Not implying this article is embellished to create outrage from the conservative base, however I think we have learned that we cannot fully trust what we read or hear from any media outlet. Propaganda is a powerful thing, and has been for decades. All sides are guilty of it.

I am not conservative or liberal, just skeptical of anything reported by writers, politicians, or producers.

IrishMack's picture

Well said. Media puts a spin on everything but the truth is in each article buried in sensationalism.

Pale's picture

I am no fan of this president but I do appreciate the fact that he did actually try to get us out of wars, (one we should have never started) but unfortunately it doesn't look like that is going to be possible now. If we had been able to fully get out of the middle east it would have allowed us to more completely concentrate on China and Russia. Putin knows this and that is why he upped the ante in Syria.

You have to realize as the big kid on the block we truly are damned if we do and damned if we don't. But one thing I am confident of is Putin does not want a nuclear war with us. We still have the advantage on that front (for now).

CAhardcore's picture

I feel like since we went ahead and destabilized the region, we owe it to make sure the "Islamic state" ceases to exist. A barbaric anti woman, anti free speech , anti anything other than islamofachism needs to be nipped in the bud. Drone strike then back into the Middle Ages , where they want the rest of us to be

Pale's picture

I agree that the level of barbarity exhibited by IS is tough to stomach or even fathom. I really do not have a good answer as to the best way to deal with the middle east, but I do know that us (US,UK,France, Australia, etc) is not working.

IrishMack's picture

Very true, although he keeps showing a weakness for the middle east. I think Putin has had enough and we can only hope he does bomb them into hell. Obama withdrew our troops too early without a chance for them to end the bullshit and come home with those fuckers done. Lets just see what happens after the election and what Putin holds in his hands.

SenseiMiagi's picture

Occupation in a hostile country will NEVER be peaceful unless the goal is to conquer and take over the territory. There is no good time to leave as the result of our departure will ultimately be the same. Failure until the people residing in the country choose to make their own peace.

Pale's picture

Too early? It is kind of difficult to say when is the right time. One would have thought Iraq was about as close to ready as you can get. They had a standing relatively stable army, all out fitted with nice gear (thanks to us) yet as soon as the shooting started they bailed. D'oh!

In Afghanistan they will never be ready. A couple thousand years of history backs this up. We could stay there until the end of time and nothing will change. As soon as we cut off the welfare they will go right back to insanity.

Unfortunately most of the middle east and west Asia is in a similar place. It is a shame even beautiful countries like Lebanon are being all but destroyed. The United States, Russia or Europe is not going to change anything. All we will do is foment more hatred. Let them have their Shia versus Sunni holy war. We can deal with the victors in whatever way makes the most sense.

IrishMack's picture

arrggh, I thought I added when Reagan started the whole thing, my wife keeps bothering me while she watches dances with the stars. We will never stop the middle east crisis and we should just absolve tbe UN and let them kill tbemselves.

MedDx's picture

Exactly what my grandpa said a few days after 9-11-01....

We will never stop the middle east crisis and we should just absolve tbe UN and let them kill tbemselves.

IrishMack's picture

Immediately following that, I would have wiped them out within a month. America is not feared as much as we were years ago because of all the politically correct bullshit no child left behind everyone is a winner fuck all. Thanks everyone for keeping this civil as much as we can given the topic lol.

MedDx's picture

I had a poli-sci prof that always said we need to turn that place into a glass parking lot....i know now that statement comes from a limited mind and wouldnt have helped. There will always be the opposing forces of good and evil. Evil will never prevail. Thats the whole reason the sun exists today and the best we can hope for is God's grace....long live freedom, democracy....life....liberty....and the pursuit of happiness....

kodiakGRRL's picture

He said that because you cannot fight a religious battle using political ideas... the only way to "win" a religious battle is to obliterate the religion and and indoctrinate any survivors into the "new" religion. We went into a region thinking that everyone wants to be a democracy when that is not truth or fact .. as for long live freedom, democracy liberty and the pursuit of happiness those are just words on a piece of paper because we have traded our freedom for security and fear ....

MedDx's picture

Good point...too bad it has to be that way....meaning trading our freedom for security and fear...
