Lean muscle and strength builder

STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

DC pharma product:

My goal is to gain lean muscle and gain strength while staying at my normal 10-11 percent bf. I did all my bloods my ldl is a tiny bit high but that's genetic. I'm logging my bf with caliper and logging my measurements for thighs, hips,waist, chest, and arms.

Stats now..
6' 4' 212 lbs
10.5 percent bf
Currently training 4-5 days a week 5x5s heavy (Im training for power lifting) mostly compound moves on free weights with hypertrophy training being done on the second half of my workouts. I eat about 3500 calories a day. I'm not gonna lie I'm not the best dieter because my normal diet is a diet hence why I don't go over 12 prevent body fat even while not doing anything. I'm really training to get my strength up and gain a little size not dbol size but real muscle!

Also have never needed an AI before and I smoke nicotine. Hence also a reason I havn't needed one.

Also I'm prescribe Albuterol so that's taken daily usually.

I believe less is more. I've always done low dose and it works great for me I see huge changes and not much I'll side effects! So I can slowly scale up if needed.

***Start of week 2 update. My pumps are fucking insane!!
My strength and my muscular endurance is going up. My drive is way up in life in general. And I'm looking very dense. The var is big time preworkout. And my calories have gone up alot. Gonna start cutting the tren down. I'm bad with tren and my aggression that's why I have it so low.

bro I can imagine how you feel because you think that no one is supporting you or applauding your achievements. The definition of your biseps looks good, only here are a few points that could help you. try to edit your photos and do not put personal information cover your face. do not use a real name and do not expose other people who can be identified. We all know it is for safety. We don't know what crazy paparazzi may be watching. this is your first cycle?.

We arent trying to hate on him. His info and stats dont match up and keeps changing. He brings up information that is irrelevant to the subject, while posting personal info online (against rules).

If you want to discuss his cycle, he has no clue what he is doing and says he uses nicotine and doesnt need an ai. Nutrition and training is all over the place yet he refuses to take advice from people on here.

Why post your cycle if you do not care what people have to say about it? This guy is what I hate about the fitness industry. Too many people asking for advice when they already know the right answer. Yet they refuse to take the advice and do what they want (a lot of drugs).

This forum seems very toxic and confusing right now. I believe what we are all trying to say is that you should make sure your diet is in check and training. If you truly were bigger and leaner before without drug use then you should be able to get back to that size and strength without drugs. Muscle will come relatively faster than it came in the first place.

I think you should rework your cycle and not use tren as a kicker. Test should also be lower when using tren if you are having sides like you say you do. AI and Caber are needed as a safety so get them just in case.

Do not use personal info on a forum as it can be tracked. Also we are all here trying to help you so dont snap at us for trying to give good advice and tips.

No offense man, but my natty 18yr old college defensive end son has more on you …I’d be happy to send you the workout and nutrition schedule they are on if it’ll help ….don’t be afraid of putting on some some bulk first, you can cut it later ….
Not being a dick cuz I know we all have to start somewhere, but , I would start with some bulk from foods first then cut it off later …THEN maybe look at a cycle

Yes plz do he probably works a rep scheme like I want. Also I know I'm not on shit right now that's why I'm getting back to where I want to be. I'm just trying to speed up the process. Which has been working I cracked 315 today for the first time in 3-4 years so that made me really feel good. Natty with no protein powder or creatine or even a multi vitamin my stats where 242 at 14-15 % bf
Squat 505 deadlift 675 and bench 335. All with done power lifting rules all raw except the dead I had home made straps. I never got to see my full potential with something ass small as whey protein even. I know I'm taking the easy route right now but I'm trying to get back what I had which I'm really getting close to those same lifts. I decided to do gear because I really want to blast threw my bench plato my arms are so fucking long I've always struggled with having a strong bench but atleast I do full reps haha and ya I've been eating alot man I've been eating. But I've gained about 30 lbs in a little over 4 months and only gained 1-1.5 percent body fat so I think my calories are doing pretty good I put on about 2.3 pounds this week but I'm getting noticably more defined at the same time. I know that's contradicting but the gear really has me ripped I do my measurements once a week on Mondays so my hip to waist ratio is the same my waist was even 2 mm smaller but I was fasted so that's a gain of salt. But I have trained my ass off before I've fluctuated in weight so much because I am an ex heroin addict I wouldn't take care of my calories and thing when I was on drugs and my weight fluctuates easily.top end 250 bottom end 165 (horrible I know) Like I can put on and take off weight rapidly having to do with fat weight also my thyroid is almost in the hyper rage I think that's why I have naturally low bf along with eating naturally pretty clean. Anyway I'm doing really great so far. When I'm done with the anavar this cycle I'll do before and after picks from 4 month ago until 6 weeks from now and you guys are not going to think it's real idk you'll know it's really me but you guys won't believe the time span I did it in I mean right now I'm almost 10 lbs heavier then the pictures above. The one with my screen name was like 2 days ago and my shoulders are just massively bigger . But I would love to see his plan as I'm training for power lifting and cscs make great power programs. Ohhh one more thing the cycle isn't for size so much I'm growing at a good pase it's really for strength gains and some lean mass I'm really not trying to be much over 225 but I need the strength of a 300 pound person but my last cylce worked amazingly for me, so I decided to do a more mild cycle

How is that being a troll? It inhibits aromatase? I'm not here for comments or anything I'm here to log my journey that's literally all. I've never needed one? Also I smoke nicotine which inhibits aromatase on its own so why would I need one for 400mg test? How is that trolling? Your literally trolling right now?

Bro no one has tried to teach me. I shouldn't have posted my name your right. I know nicotine is t a true ai all I'm saying is it dose inhibit some. A nutritionist did a program with me and told me 3490 cals to gain muscle. I have increased that personally. All my lifts and totally are true I relapsed on drugs awhile back and lost my size now I'm working on getting it back. This is what I'm doing . That's all I own if I mess up but this is trolling shit other then 3 serious people. I'm not on parole or anything remotely like that I'm not doing anything illegal where I'm at. I got frustrated and let it get the best of me I'll do my best for it not to happen again

Y'all can play this game and do all this cuz I'm new in this forum. I'm just documenting my science experiment for people to see. This is the cycle I chose after 2 months of research and knowing my body. My big 3 is over 1250. I'm 215 at 10 percent bf and have been an competitive athlete since I was very young. I'm also nasm certified. I'm not gonna come in there and cap and play games if you don't like the cycle and can back thing up with science then that's cool but for the people just on here playing. There's really no need I'm just documenting my journey. I don't comment on other people's shit or anything literally here just logging my life.
