Lean muscle and strength builder

STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

DC pharma product:

My goal is to gain lean muscle and gain strength while staying at my normal 10-11 percent bf. I did all my bloods my ldl is a tiny bit high but that's genetic. I'm logging my bf with caliper and logging my measurements for thighs, hips,waist, chest, and arms.

Stats now..
6' 4' 212 lbs
10.5 percent bf
Currently training 4-5 days a week 5x5s heavy (Im training for power lifting) mostly compound moves on free weights with hypertrophy training being done on the second half of my workouts. I eat about 3500 calories a day. I'm not gonna lie I'm not the best dieter because my normal diet is a diet hence why I don't go over 12 prevent body fat even while not doing anything. I'm really training to get my strength up and gain a little size not dbol size but real muscle!

Also have never needed an AI before and I smoke nicotine. Hence also a reason I havn't needed one.

Also I'm prescribe Albuterol so that's taken daily usually.

I believe less is more. I've always done low dose and it works great for me I see huge changes and not much I'll side effects! So I can slowly scale up if needed.

***Start of week 2 update. My pumps are fucking insane!!
My strength and my muscular endurance is going up. My drive is way up in life in general. And I'm looking very dense. The var is big time preworkout. And my calories have gone up alot. Gonna start cutting the tren down. I'm bad with tren and my aggression that's why I have it so low.

Why would I need an ai for 400mg test? Like honestly is this even a conversation. Also I literally just posted the first article after seeing that comment that's why I said all you have to do is Google it. And ais are great if you need them or are sensitive to estrodile but the fact stands that I'm not and have never needed one so why would I now?

I'm literally going for strength and the tren was just a kick start to get rid of what I have left as like I said tren I feel immediately. I wanted test to be the bulk along with var preworkout and it's going great I can see my ab muscle that like meet my pelvic. Cycle is working great for what I want

I agree that you need to eat more but as long as you are tracking your weight and strength, I imagine you will raise the calories as needed.

Personally, I would switch the cycle up. Keeping test lower than tren. They fight for the same receptors but tren beats test everytime. The excess free test will be converted into estrogen. I think a good test dose would be 200 then pyramid the tren up to 400. Run the cycle for 12-16 weeks.

Also the anavar is great for strength and preworkout. For me, it does decrease my appetite so it is something to watch out for if you experience this too

Your right 100 about the tren. Personally when I run test tren I like 2:1 test to tren because tren is so harsh to me like literally as soon as I pin it I feel the aggression and like Superman feeling at only 25-50mg but if I was going for big mass or could tolorate tren better that would deff be the bulk of my compounds

You guys are right I've been going hard I take my car preworkout and I see a hugeeeee difference in strength and endurance. Tren takes my breath a bit but I have my inhaler.. the var has increased my appetite!! And I stopped training fasted because I have to eat the var with food. I would say I'm eating 4000 cals atleast now some days more. And I wake up hungry aff when before I would fast all morning. But if you take allot I could see that. Also the pumps are fucking insane. They are right in saying if you get good real and accurate dosed var you don't need that much. I am thinking about cutting the tren out early. It just effects my again so much even at low doses

Tren may affect you poorly at low doses when your test is high or moderate. I had the same issue as you with tren at first. It got a low better when I lowered my test dose to a "sports" trt level around 200mg. I would experiment with this if you havent already. You do not need a lot of tren for it to shine, as long as the diet and training are in check.

I would definitely recommend running tren for a short period of time around 8 weeks. Also use short ester so you can adjust the doses faster if needed. Then you dont end up feeling like crap for a week or two because of a too high dose.

Can't build muscle if you don't eat. The AAS will shift nutrient loading to primarily muscle especially with your lower bodyfat. 3K calorie isn't doing you any favors.

That's only on bad days I'm usually upwards of 3500+

that is not nearly enough to put on muscle. On cycle you should be smashing upwards of 5K.

I would be starting jumping up 500 cals each week given how lean you are to start.

Also my last 200mg test p/ 100 tren ace a week cycle put on 17 pounds of lean muscle in 5 weeks I was like holy shit. So mainly I'm recomping to get my strength back but lean muscle is always wanted

Ya Im not doing that ik what works for my body I've been 242 at 12 percent bf totally natural in prison and I'm nasm certified. I'll be increasing my calories more. But I have a hard time eating except in my anabolic window after I train. Most my calories are taken in after I train to be used most efficiently I have to shove my food down. I drink a half gallon of whole milk all threw out the day for extra calories and different things but I know how many calories I need to grow and stay lean. I'm not a body builder also I train for power lifting not pure mass
