Post Nasal Drip

ad

Not too sure which AAS give it to me, pretty sure it is 19-nors, but I still have the post nasal drip which is causing snoring at night, enough that the missus is getting upset. I don't just wanna chuck another pill at it as I am trying to rest my body before a smooth winter bulking, but anyone got ideas? Just the mucous running down the back of the throat and I end up in a brief, but raging snore. Lots of saliva too, enough to make me cough during the day at random intervals. I am thinking a cold/flu decongestant, but wanted to ask ideas first. I can deal with it fine, but the wife is getting onto my ass and as she does 90% of my pins, and a damned good job at that, I owe it to her to try.

@Janus had one of the working answers guaifenesin which I tried via cold/flu medication. I only have taken a test at bedtime of non-drowsy, but it has helped three nights in a row enough that I have asked my GP for a prescription with my bloodwork on Wed. My GP's are pretty cool, they know I take bloods because I self-medicate with Nandrolone... now they have also done the MRI's and offered surgery, so they know I am not full of shite on drug use. But guaifenesin is helping. One dose of cold/flu does not quite stop the snoring (remove all the phlegm) but it helps enough to ask for a script. Wife said it made me more of a light noise that she could handle, so it's a good lead. Thanks all for the input. I think the rest would have worked too, but this one was least cost, added meds, and OTC.

Dairy. If you drink a lot of milk, now adding whey...

Sudafed works wonders for me, but it gets me wired for sure. I cant take it late or with any caffeine.

Food allergies and post nasal drip go hand and hand. You may have to elevate your bed until you pin point the true cause(s).

It's not so bad for me... but it is becoming an issue. Honestly, I have to choose between her and snoring... and I purposefully exempted my side. I just wont 3-grant on the PGS20121 shredded, so I know I am looking good. I am treating her well took/// but it does wake me up in my nap, so I wanna figure it out.... thanks.

Yeah, I once lit a guy's feet on fire for snoring (we were sharing a cage for a bit)... and my wife is capable of worse.... real life.

Nothing worse than someone snoring, its the most irritating thing esp when you are trying to sleep as you are shattered and they are quite happily asleep whilst keeping you awake!! Lol As bad as walking around a supermarket and someone is following you whistling every step of the way. AAaaaahhh winds me up something chronic.

Can try over the weekend and see. Makes sense... never heard of anyone mentioning before, so I am doing a lot of study. Kinda' basic study question; 'what hormone can cause ....' It is all in the wording.

Try guaifenesin. It breaks up mucus. Take with a full glass of water.
