Yeah gh and primo are very good to keep updated testing on, I see labs from a year ago and completely disregard. Every couple months for primo and gh and you know it’s a top priority for the src.

I don't think one would benefit (in terms of muscle growth) from anything less that 400-500mg primo along with test and another anabolic. If using test and primo 750test/600-800mg primo would probably give excellent gains that you will mostly be able to keep. At 800mg nitrogen retention gets pretty high and can stress the kidneys possibly. I think 200mg primo on a trt dose is a waste. It won't be like running test and deca at a low dose that will give your joints a lubrication.
200 would be plenty to cruise w primo. I’ve never gone above 450 primo during an actual cycle. I will try 600mg in the future to see how it goes.

AnonYou want healthy? You’ll need to base your dose off of blood work really. I’d start at your cruise dose of test then add in 2-400 primo. That’s not the healthiest way to go but neither is cruising. Get some bloodwork done to make sure you’re improving from your blast. That’s a big part of cruising, healing your body from blasting
Swoljaboyyea i got some bloods posted. Capped test not to the T. but estro is high. and test is high. I know its not the healthy way but if im being honest when I PCT i struggle with some mental health lol. so this is the route im gonna take. im gonna cruise low though. ill cruise ar 250 test a week and 200 primo and maybe throw some hcg in there.
AnonKeep a close eye on estrogen, and start doing the tests that aren’t capped for values obviously. Cholesterol and liver values along with your cbc and metabolic panel you should pull every few months
