Question for the people that already ordered. On the site it says shipping is free on order over $99. Is that true or not? cuz my order is over that and its saying that i will still get charged for shipping

First things first. I’m giving the benefit of the doubt here. When you have a source you trust, that’s great. But when you start selling to other people they need to build that same trust with you that you have with your connect. People can say what they want to sell a product. Now DC I am not saying that’s the case here. I honestly think you are trying to do the right thing. In my opinion I think you should not be rushing to add new stuff to your list. Take it slow. When you are going to add something, you need to test it first and then add it. That’s when people will start to take you at your word because you built that trust system with them. Slow and steady wins the race. Of course no matter what you do, some people will still bitch and complain. That’s just what they do. Oh I took 2 shots and I don’t look like the hulk so your stuffs not real ----‍♂️ Lol. It’s just ridiculous. So if people don’t think your moving fast enough to add what they want, then too bad. They can go elsewhere. Build your constant customer base. The ones who will order on a more consistent basis. Don’t listen to the ones who jump from site to site complaining so they can get something for nothing. You just have to slow it down. Like I said , just concentrate on what you already have and as you test it, you can add and sell it. It’s like anything. If you make cars, cellphones or anything, if you rush to put it out with out testing it, you run into too many issues and before your know it, it flops. I know your trying to make people happy. But again by doing so it can hurt your business. Let your stuff speak for itself. I’ve said since my first day here, I’m testing it when it comes. As long as it’s close to what it’s suppose to be, I’m not going to bitch about it. The prices are a lot lower than other places. That gives us the people buying the stuff to adjust or intake as needed until it’s all on point like it should be. If that doesn’t work for people then they can go elsewhere. You don’t hide behind a screen and ignore people. You have been here explaining and being honest with what, when, and why you are doing things. That is a hell of a lot more than you get other places. I know I’ve written a lot and I’m sorry for that. What it comes down to is just to slow and perfect what you have now before trying to add more. Let your customers build that trust in you. Then the word of mouth from the solid customer base will bring more people in.
