+ 2 TRT Sust 250 @ 120mg every week. .16cc Monday, Wednesday, Friday
ad
Currently on 120mg Sust 250 every week for TRT. Taking .16cc subQ Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Also taking .25mg Adex same days as injections. Stopped taking adex due to cholesterol levels being high and estrogen could be higher too. Quality has always been top notch with this source. What are your opinions here? Do you think if I stop the adex my cholesterol levels will improve?

Test levels looked dialed in. Small enough dose that SubQ seems to working for you. You shouldn't need AI at those dose of test. I think it is more your diet than the AI causing issues with cholesterol. Clean up diet and bump up cardio.
What are your cholesterol levels, ldl hdl ??? Tryclicerides? How's your diet? Family history with cholesterol? Do you have a baseline of your bloods before running the sust,/adex, ie before after? Also fish oil and a few other natural supplements can help with ldl and triglycerides.
The ai use is not always needed with low doses of test, that's why bloodwork is important. Estrogen is not necessarily your enemy! Long term AI use can have sides and cause issues for sure.
Total 300
Triglycerides 288
LDL 206
I have always had high cholesterol levels but never this high. Diet needs improvement for sure. I'm gonna clean up my diet, stop the AI and go back in a few months to get retested.
Clean up your diet and get on a cholesterol medicine immediately.
Talk to your doctor about PCSK9 inhibitors. Alot of guys are using them with high triglycerides, LDL.
Also, get on high quality supplements...
Your doctor can prescribe you a prescription fishoil called Vascepa. It is extracted containing only the EPA which is very affective lowering LDL along with triglycerides.....You literally are the perfect candidate after looking at your numbers.
Also, look into Psyllium husk. Its a soluble fiber that will pull all toxin out of your stomach and lower your triglycerides and LDL cholesterol. Also great for blood sugar management and curbing an appetite (look into a flavored one preferably orange).
Lastly cardio. Cardio is an effective tool lowering LDL cholesterol, triglycerides, while raising HDL and improving cardiac function.... Try doing some good ole fasted cardio. You will improve your lipids, improve your insulin sensitivity, and lastly start to recomp (Changes in your physique).
Halsey also mentioned no use of AIs.... He's right.... alot more literature is showing that AI cause more harm than good... especially for the heart and arteries... Estrogen is not the enemy... We need a healthy amount of estrogen for brain health, heart health, joint/skin/hair and even muscle growth (estrogen increases IGF1). In fact, we need estrogen to help with fat burning too (Not excessive just a healthy amount). Your case on TRT a AI is not warranted. If you start having issues with estrogen spikes, increase your injection frequency to smaller doses.
If you are still having issues, switch compounds to a single ester (which is much more easier to manage) or look into D.I.M (its a natural supplement aiding in pulling excess estrogen).
Also, remember if you have more bodyfat you will convert to estrogen much faster....
Just a couple things to get back on track and live a great long life.....
Be safe

Yeah, clean that diet up for sure. 288 triglycerides SCREAMS bad diet! Lol
If you genetically have bad cholesterol to start with, your going to really have make sure to do your part when running aas. Keep in mind your age too, things start going south the closer you get to 40 too!
Probably wouldn't hurt to introduce some cardio too, if you dont already.
I turned 40 in March lol so it's already started to go down hill. I'll repost new results when I have them 2 or 3 months from now. Hopefully I can stay on the right path. Thank you
