Lower total test and high free test on TRT

Hi all, need your input on this. I am taking 120mg a week of test cyp subq. The dose is split up 3 times per week. I'm wondering how can my free test be high with my total where it is? I've been doing this for a couple years and feel okay but not great. Should I maybe switch to IM injections once a week and see how I feel?

Diet and supps can have a big impact on free test. I wouldn't change anything.

I am not going through a doc for TRT anymore as all the ones I went to in the past were terrible. My primary doc did this test on my request and didn't have any concerns for it. That's why I'm on here asking as i know we have some very experienced people on this site. Oh, My E2 level was 38 fyi.
