+ 2 Hand Injury

ad

So this happened yesterday at work, and my first pin was supposed to be Monday (check out cycle log). My question is, should I postpone until fully healed? I can go 100% on legs and do push machines. Should only have to limit myself to that for a couple weeks. You guys know, once the gear is on hand it’s hard to not scratch that itch and start.

let it heal, try some bpc157, tb500 and speed up the process a bit but I'd hold off on a full cycle

Let it heal. Good time to hit the cardio and diet to drop that BF as low as possible before starting cycle. Get the body primed for it.

Yikes! +
Personally I’d tape it and use straps but I’ve worked with injuries in a coal mine several times.
I’m stupid like that so use your best judgement.

Definitely leave it mate at least until the stitches are out - in virtually every exercise you are gripping something one way or another. Even in pushing exercises you are gripping hard and it just isn't worth making things worse and opening it up again to have to start back right at square one.

Nasty injury in bad place. I have trained with stictches in knuckles and was horrific so let it heal properly. If grip is weak then potential for bad accident!

As was stated by all below, push it back. You can't train 100% w/that injury. I'm in construction and have dealt w/similar injuries on multiple occasions. Let it fully heal. The gear ain't going anywhere.

Thanks guys, I’m gonna push her back two weeks. I’ll check in when healed up and ready to go.

I'd personally wait until it's fully healed. If you can't do everything a 100% you're not taking full advantage of the cycle. Postponing it won't hurt.

Thanks, that is what I figured. If I’m being honest, I’m probably just looking for someone to co-sign me going ahead and starting. This is good chance to get the diet dialed in for a couple weeks.

Its always a good idea tonstart the diet a fee weeks before really kicks off the cycle better and keeps motivation going.
