Switching from Anastrozole to Aromasin. Anyway to correlate the doses?

Searched around and couldn't find a clear answer (not sure if one exists) but is there anyway to correlate "x amount of anastrozole = y amount of aromasin" ?
I'm currently on 1/2 tab of anastrozole eod and want to switch over to aromasin because some articles i've dove into show it can be better on your lipids.
It seems that 6.25mg aromasin 2x a week would be comparable to what i'm running now with anastrozole but was wondering if anyone has made the switch and would have more specific / valuable input.
My free test is at 536 currently on a "light" test cycle and adding anavar in as of yesterday for the next 8 weeks. This is the main reason i'm looking out for my lipids/ wanting to switch over the aromasin.

Aromasin lasts 12 hours, after that estro begins to rise again. Why would you take it twice a week? Read the forums more and pay attention.

I was thinking examestane was 24hr or so hour half life....making it EOD, or so.
Peak suppression is 12 hours, hence why it's prescribed for once or twice a day. That's why aromasin needs blood work.

His plan was 350ml wk.. judging from his blood test, probably right. But we don't know what wk during his cycle he took the bloods.. He just feeds us a lil and expects us to answer his questions... Anyway, I'm just trying to live up to being an old cranky boomer! Lol
From my reading he is taking a lot of ai for that low a dose test but who knows he could convert like a mofo, we will never know I guess unless he posts the bloods up.
Prolly need to understand how each one works. Aromasin is suicidal so you don’t have to worry about estro rebound like anastrazol

so how do you know for sure that you need an AI to begin with?
Without it my e2 gets over 70. On my current anastrozole dose it stays around 40 which feels night and day better for me.
