So what's the diet and training regime for a 43 yo to get that shredded in the first month of training if I may ask monika
Maybe she runs and hunts(elk meat) with wolves!
She is shredded if it's her and the hands definitely look like about 43 so I'm not doubting age but one month in c'mon that's unrealistic to expect. So I have doubts but who knows

my english is not fluent and i make some mistakes
i train on gym about 1year and 3 months
(2 years ago I was still obese, maybe I'll add photos)
the first months in the gym were meaningless workouts, then someone helped me and I practiced routines on machines and dumbbells.
Only for about 6 months has I been training meaningfully with a plan, progression and a trainer. I also keep my diet very strictly. I was doing the mass (bulking?) around 4-5 months slowly. Now I have been cutting for 1.5 months. I think that I will be doing a shredding for about a month more. I have been using 20mg anavar for 5 months. On the mass with ostarine, and on shredding with GW.
Took me about 5 years to get my abs to the point they are right now. And at times I was doing 500 straight situps without a break( No Karma please, lol).
now i m in the middle of shredding cycle

FBW x3 times a week (very hard)
cardio 4x60min and a lot of walks (sometimes more than 10 km per day)
diet:
training days: 180 P, 175 C, 30 F
non traing days: 180 P, 130 C, 45 F
! I do not include calories from vegetables and small additives such as sauce or coffee cream. but I know it gives me a lot more calories !

now i m in the middle of shredding cycle
Sounds like a good program. Burn it all down and rebuild it back better slowly.
