Solid even after a long break. Looking forward to the after photo, chest will look pumped at a low bf% for sure. Takes balls to upload a photo especially before a blast rather than towards the end when you’re best.
Thanks man! I thought everyone would appreciate seeing where I landed after the break and time off here, Had to switch my gears back from the ex military plans lmao thank god I got the new job and can continue growing! Party on!
Nice pecs and traps,
Definitely room for improvement but you’re calling it two months out so I’ll wait for the final product my dude. I’m confident you’re gonna shake things up.

Good pace to start Layhay. You will get shredded running that. That’s what I think I’m going to do 700 Test 600 primo OR 700 test 500 NPP with 6 to 8 IUs growth. The former if I think I can maintain dietary discipline.
Who says you loose everything when you come off and don’t train hard, unless you always looked like that. +
.
I don’t really lose much strength when I come off either but I do look different. I use growth, PMG and I’m a big believer in high dose HMB to keep it on with a lot of protein and creatine. It works till I get hurt anyway, I think I need to back my training off a little next time, like the Nautilus style we talked about that one time.
I honestly never try and get lean once I’m on and eating frequently my thyroid does it’s own thing. I’m naturally a skinny person. Was 130 10 years when I started lol 10 pounds a year baby!
Maybe that’s how to do it. Slow and steady gains stick with you longer maybe like slow and steady fat loss stays of.
Bud everyone is different - After my injury recently the first week off pressing I felt flat across chest and shoulders and then at 2 weeks rest mate I felt like I didn't train anymore, in the mirror in a top I just had no chest and my arms started looking like tooth picks Lol Some people just hold weight so much better, a lot of genetics going on as we all know. I lost so much power in pressing out of the rack and the bar groove started to go and everything. If ya don't use it ya Definitely gonna lose it as the saying goes .....
Since this rotator cuff and pec injury I've started to do light dumbell raises after each session - Just 3 sets of 10 straight off the bat. Raises to the front, side and bent over literally just to keep the cuff and shoulder girdle stronger and more stable. Plus John Haack does exactly that routine after his sessions for exactly that reason so they don't become out of balance. Just strengthening the cuff muscles can add 20lbs to bench apparently.
Interesting doing them after. I used to do this exact thing before my presses to warm up my shoulders and both my labrum tears bothered me considerably less. Plus heavier weights just felt more stable.
Can you recommend some rotater exercises or should some YouTube links
Bud literally just stand with a light dumbell in each hand, 10 raises to the front, 10 to the side and 10 bent over. They aren't supposed to be ultra heavy just enough to work them. There are loads of band exercises on youtube such as face pulls, external and internal rotation pulls etc.
My right rotator cuff has been popping and ticking for almost 15 years. Sometimes uncomfortable popping and ticking. Then other times bearable. I wish I knew something that would make it fade away.
Problem is mate is the Popping, cracking, ticking, clicking etc are all symptoms of so many shoulder problems its hard to narrow it down as to what it can be. Can be a cuff tear, Bursitis, impingement, dislocation etc. I recently found out I have a slight rotator tear which has then caused impingement. Before that I often had clicking and cracking but no lifting problems as such. I think however you look at it lifting weights and anything heavy for a number of years is always going to cause shoulder wear in the end - the joint is so fragile its just not designed for lifting weights really especially steroid sized ones Lol
You got a lightning fast metabolism, so I could see you losing it faster, the bright side is it looks like you get to eat awesome food all the time:)
