So far I can’t say enough about how bomb ultima sus and drol is deff will be back to order when this pandemic relaxes I’ll get a review up when I’m back to being able to wasn’t aware there was a limit still have 2 bottles to run left and about 20 drol left feeling great !
I placed an order almost two months ago. I received half of it. I contacted customer service (Kabir) and they have been so unhelpful. After long delays in response, I was told that it would ship soon. Then they uploaded tracking of an order that shipped to a different state weeks earlier. They then offered a 25% discount as an apology but have still not received confirmation that my items are pending re-shipment! What good is 25% off when I have over 300$ worth of missing gear??

Same thing happened to me. LOL straight Trash!! Here is 30 percent off to get jerked around again. Good thing mine was a small order. They just give you run around even thou only sent half your order!! Like come on get on that ASAP and throw some freebies at least. F the 25-30% off. Chill out and communicate with them and I promise it will work out. They are doing what they can to get your stuff even tho it might not be exactly how you would've hoped that's just life especially this point in time. I booked a hotel room yesterday and they made a mistake and 3 supervisors later I was able to get the right room at an even better rate than I had hoped but it was over an hour I spent communicating with 2 people who's English is second language. What does that have to do with your order? Communication.

Hey steroidify, the tracking number you guys gave me is invalid for some reason. I’ve been checking the tracking services for a week now, and none of them can find the package. Is anyone else facing the same problem?
Yes. I placed an order almost 2 months ago. I received half of the order and the other half was a bogus tracking number to an order that was delivered weeks prior to a different state. I am still out almost 300$ and have not received any good response from customer service. I also just PM'ed steroidify on eroids and am awaiting a response.

So I had made an order 3 months ago, package got seized so I was offered money points to get another shipment which was made May 18th and nothing I received tracking number but has zero information on where it is.... mind you the first was made. April 25 until now July 1s 4 months and counting.... I give up man

It is real slow there customer service and they string you along. Takes 2-3 days for response then waiting for it to ship will get back asap. 2-3 days again another empty response!! Then waiting and another empty response. Its a string along game. Don’t worry thou they guarantee you will get order might be 3-4-5 months you wait and fuck up whole cycle but you will get it LOL.

I originally placed the orders around April, but they didn't leave origin country from warehouse 1 I believe until mid May. Once they left origin country it was about 3 to 4 weeks. I believe packs are leaving origin country much faster now.
