How much test can I run before needing ai?

I just started running test cyp 350 mg. Do I need an ai? What is the most I can safely run without ai. I am 5'7 and 180 lbs.

This is highly subjective. As @jonwiggs2 stated, the best way to dialing in your AI dose is with bloodwork.
Some people need to take an AI when they run 250mg and some people who run 1,000mg don't need to run AI's at all...
EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT!!! The only way to know is to get your blood work dont and see what your estrogen levels are. You don't want to kill ALL of your estrogen levels bc they are needed to build muscle, but you don't want too much bc that when it get dan8of getting gyno. You just can't guess(unless you have been doing this for years and years). Just be safe and get your blood work done. Better to be safe than sorry.

It can vary person to person. I know guys who need an AI with low TRT dosages and know other guys who can run 500-750mg with no AI.
Im not gonna talk shit for not properly planning with our help first....
And of course run bloods.
But i watch my ankles and joints. Too much estro and my ankles start to bloat. Too much adex and my joints (elbows, knees, ankles) feel dry and squeeky.
You need to get bloodwork to confirm if you aromatize estrogen quickly. Everyone is different and blood work is the only answer to your question.
Didnt read anyone elses response but it all depends on the person. I know some people including myself that dont need it unless something comes up.

My appologies it was 200 mg a week with no ai and I never had any problems. I've only recently had to start researching and figuring this out myself. I think I'm just gonna run 350 mg of test cyp a week.i have test cyp 200 and I was gonna try 100 mg(1/2 ml) eod and .5 mg of arimidex every 3rd day. After I've been at this dose for 6 weeks I plan on getting some blood work. Does this sound like a safe bet?

140mg per week of doctor prescribed TRT possibly could skip IA. 350mg per week of someone with low or normal testosterone levels is going to need an IA, ..... or tampons.

have a couple months worth of arimidex, but I'm not trying to really bulk or do a massive cycle at the time. Just hrt and I was trying to find out if I could run it at that dose without using arimedex. I used to go to doctor for test, but I can't afford that anymore. I have a crypt orchid and naturally low test levels.

Get bloodwork done to see if what your estrogen is. There's no set amount of test you can run before you need an ai it's different for everyone.
Why did you start before you knew if you need an ai or not?
