Best way to find a coach

Ive been going at this for years naturally and Im going to take it to the next level but I think it would be smart to have a real pro coach me so I dont do anything too stupid. Im not going pro, just another douche trying to get huge. If you guys have any suggestions, please let me know where to look or who to talk to!

I found my coach online, but before that i was following online materiel. I think the only reason for finding a coach is just finding a way to follow a customized plan, that suits your fitness and health goals.
Are you planning on going pro or something?

WHERE THE FUCK ARE ALL THE COACHES???!!” try THAT.. and see if it works..you’ll either be arrested or you’ll end up with a good coach who will go on and train you to perfection where all your wildest dreams will have come true...good luck

As mentioned, search the forums, read the stickies, and then when you think you know what you’re doing, write it up and we’ll tell you how to unfuck it up. I doubt you need a coach if you’re not trying to compete.

This! Also there are many members who are generous with knowledge and time. I was coached through the EBC by a member here who put hours into my prep just because he wanted to help me.
