photo was taken before bed when I am watery and bloated from too musch food lol...this is the fattest I will go on my bulk...now I will stay on this weight and no longer push the calories up,stay on same calories and recomp slowly before i cut down in two months

How much do you weight and what are your current macros
josipgatesaround 100kg at the moment...my high day is 800g carbs,and lowest is 300g...protein always around 400g and no added fats cause i eat a lot of steak every day at least 2 meals

You say fattest but I can't see that fatness you look solid, how much you currently weigh? I can see you adding at least 25 more pounds to this physique. How tall are you? If you're say 5'9 or over absolutely you can continue growing in my opinion distribution the weight equally throughout your physique. Nonetheless you look solid I'm the upper body especial in the arms and chest...Have a plan, work your plan...

I am around 100kg and 174-5cm....I alsoo think I can add more muscle but need to do it very slow now to keep the waist small,the bigger u get it is more hard cause calorie demands are so high
