RustyhookerCant discuss labs but theres quite a few with gso, cottonseed, etc. Take a few and peep the site
Yes it should be ok, but you need a specific question.
Yah I looked in that section and not much help. So my "friend" is allergic to mct oil but it seems like all labs only sell mct as a carrier oil. So I was looking to see if someone could point me in the direction of a lab that uses grapeseed oil.

Take a look at the sources discussion pages of the top rated sources here on board. There you can ask in specific, which carrier oil their brands are using ;)
I'm not a fan of MCT oil either - Grape and cotton seed are my favourite. Tea is also good ....
As long as you don't discuss labs or shops in open forums, you're fine. But you can also use the search function. There are some threads about carrier oils, too. Maybe your question was already answered in another topic.
