I’ll try to be short
since puberty I have puffy nipples, after joining the game of AAS and doing some research I thought its gyno and visited doc and he said it’s normal there isn’t any gyno but
when Im on cycle and using aro it goes away no puffy nipples and it’s a nice feeling
so how to get rid of it forever? any ideas

Regardless of whether it is puberty induced gyno, AAS related gyno or just abnormally puffy nips chances are that if it's there this far into adulthood and has been there for years is not going anywhere. It just is what it is unless you want to see a plastic surgeon and go under the knife.
