Fertility
ad
Serious question...So my girl was talking about wanting children. I have a couple already from a previous marriage... I actually used to be able to look at a girl and get her pregnant. Just saying because of the times I tried it was that month of it happening. Also my x conceived while I was on cycle. So what I gathered after doing a little research... You don’t completely shutdown. Your sperm count is low and some HCG will give me a boost in sperm count... Is this right? Also has anyone else had to do this process? Yes I will be getting with an endo to talk about this fertility thing.

Option 1. See an endo and fertility doc or you are only guessing.
Option 2. Keep trying and hope for the best. Like the lottery you have better odds the more you play. We’ve been trying for 4 years and I’ve never been happier!
Brother my very first post on eroids was when I got my gf pregnant on cycle. I thought I was sterile but I was wrong. He is two months old now. Look it up. It’s on the off topic section.
My cousin needed HCG and clokid working with a fertility doc. I also have a friend that had 3 kids while he was in his 30s, and just had a 4th at age 41, and he’s been on test non stop since he was in his early twenties. I think it all depends on the person, so the Enid’s gonna be ur only real answer.
I wanna get my shit tested cuz i don’t want any and it would be sweet if the woman could get off birth control.
I'm right there with you bro. I've been using gear for over a decade and on TRT for close to a decade but I'm still having a vasectomy at the end of the year because my finance hasn't reacted well to the IUD and my sister then later her son were conceived on birth control and we don't want to risk it!
Have you had your count tested recently to get a feel for your current baseline?
No
Might not be an awful idea just to see where you are. It would definitely help asses if and how effective HCG is?
I agree. Hell I may not even need HCG... Who knows... I’m interested though.
I feel you bro. I've been using gear for over a decade and on TRT for close to 7 years but I am still having a vasectomy at the end of the year before my insurance deductible resets. My fiancée is having to get her IUD removed because it is causing her issues and I don't want to risk it. It only takes one!
Alphamale500HCG can be very helpful in restoring sperm production and increasing intra-testicular testosterone as well. A common HCG protocol that endocrinologist use is roughly 200-250iu's M-W-F. HMG and Clomid are also very effective treatment methods for incresing fertility. With a good endocrinologist, they can help you incorporate these meds into the right protocol for you.
Regarding testosterone shutting down your sperm production and making you infertile, it's certainly possible and does happen in some men. But there's a lot of conflicting information about this topic out there. I've read many stories of men having children while on cycle, like yourself. I've also read some studies that show test enanthate working effectively as a male contraceptive. So I guess it's really case dependent, and depends on what study you're reading, lol. But if you are currently infertile due to your AAS use, the addition of HCG, HMG, and/or Clomid can certainly help you conceive a child.
Imo, to really increase your chances of conceiving a child, it's best to stop running any gear while trying. I wish you all the best bro!!
Nice thanks buddy.... +1 good read... I will keep this in mind.
I agree with what alpha says on this one my wife wants one as well and I’ve been doing a ton of research. I know a few people who have even made logs on YouTube of hcg and hmg Seems to be pretty effective from what I’ve seen.
250iu x2 a week of HCG for a couple of weeks seemed to aid in me knocking up my Mrs. My pull out game has always been in the lower leagues and I haven’t had a woman catch before so I believe the hcg gave the magic touch.
Nice bro thanks for the input.
My pullout game is strong and on point!
Prolly cause you ugly. Lol
Haha. You’re prob right
I had to go through this process. Actually if your leydig and sertoli cells had been deprived of LH and FSH for too long spermatogenesis will COMPLETELY shut down (sperm count of almost 0), but how much/long a person can tolerate varies widely. Sertoli cells don´t die (respond to FSH) but Leydig cells do die after some time, but they can be reproliferated with pretty high dosages of HcG (about 3000iu per week for some weeks and then gradually drop down while T and E2 are monitored by your endo). The whole process of spermatogenesis takes about 120 days to complete so after HcG has done its job, after about 4 months you should be able to get her pregnant.
Alternative IVF where they use your ejaculate (usually under the microscope a viable sperm can easily be found but the chance of that working via natural intercourse is zilch) or if you don´t want to wait at all there is always surgical sperm extraction + IVF.
But if it were me, I would just try the HcG route first (usually HcG first and only if that does not work is the very expensive FSH added -at least in Europe). Good luck man. If you have any further questions you can pm me
Thanks brother!
Hmg will make the biggest difference but can be expensive.
Hcg “should” be enough, maybe clomid in conjunction. You’re talking about trying to conceive on cycle right?
This is what I used to believe as well, but recently read a few lit reviews and meta analyses, and there really wasn’t a statistically significant difference of spermatogenesis with the addition of hmg. HCG alone was sufficient enough for most men (I think 2/3rds) for reboot after 4-6mos of treatment.
I’ll look for the links when I have some time and post them up.
Thanks brotha! Post the link if you find it please.

There was a more recent one I believe 2018 that I’m still looking for. The above are good lit reviews though and updates on current treatment.
Agreed, but if you fall into that 1/3rd it can help.
For sure!
Alphamale500Solid info! HMG is a top of the line med for increasing fertility!! Of course HCG and Clomid are good also.+
I’m on TRT when not on cycle... I’ll be off cycle by the time she wants too.
Me on cycle can get my wife pregnant with just pre cum not sure if it’s her or me cause she loves to set back that child support clock
I think I read something you wrote a couple years ago. Something about ya’ll we’re having a little girl.
Yes sir my tren baby
See an Endo. HCG will help, and so will HMG!
I’ll try the HCG first... I think I’ll be good for the most part.
AnonThat's what I've read as well. Your count will be very low on cycle, but adding in something that stimulates production will boost the count as long as its ran. So hcg will tell the boys to fire up while it's being used, however, definitely not full steam.. conceiving on cycle is something I've ran across numerous times. If you B and C...your count will be non existent in time..but not impossible to restart for a lucky select few..I'm trying to read between the lines here...
Cool
