Bulking diet (having hard time as of recently)
ad
I’ve been eating like a horse and struggling to get my daily meals down but often I find myself falling short . Supplementally I’m get 24g extra of proteins from a whey isolate. Does anybody have any advice, expertise, or ways to increase appetite because I’m struggling. Much appreciation

In addition to all the other great advise from pros, may be worth trying an appetite stimulant (such as Megestrol) if all else fails, and the issue is purely appetite. Just my 2 cents
Peanut butter & meals instead of shakes! Instead of doing 3 meals & 2 shakes! Do 5 meals & no shakes! Works better for me! Just saying my personal experiance!
Egg whites in a shake are your friend. You don't have to add whey protein as a cup or more of egg whites is more than enough. I usually throw in some strawberries, oats, and peanut butter. 2 of these a day can do a lot of justice.
Yes same here I find that eating alot is more harder than working out lol that's just me though I actually take supplements to help me eat more and feel more hungry
Fuqqq the whole macro thing...
Eat a lot...and with every meal eat a pb and J sandwich and wash down with chiclate milk....
Try waking up a few hours early and drinking a fast weight gainer shake then going back to bed. That’s one extra meal.
Limit fat intake...other than that the question is vague without posting what you are eating, what you are taking, training etc
@levelup I try to have a fully balanced six meals a day high in calories proteins fats and etc. I’m training four times a Weak, high intensity, all natural at the moment I’ll take whey isolate once a day after the workout
I second the GHRP-6 mentioned below. Also, Viking’s calorie shake could be helpful for something like 1000+ extra calories
500 ml of whole milk
1 cup of oatmeal
2 scoops of whey
2 tbs of almond butter
1 banana
@the_gainz This will be tried out today brother, much appreciation
Are you cycling anything that would make it hard to eat ? Some kill my appetite
@Dudeman24 No brother I’m not at the moment but for future references what AAS kill appetites
I know for me personally adrol slows my appetite right down as well as tren
RustyhookerWhats your macros?
@Rustyhooker I keep things pretty simple with my diet especially with my prison background and seeing the results I’ve been able to get with training hoard and not making things too overly complicated with dissecting diets but people on your level have completely changed my Outlook on there and I will break apart my macros today so you can look over them for me. Much appreciation brother
@GorillaSeason1107 do you notice this post is tabbed right of yours? That means I'm replying directly to you and not @Rustyhooker or some other @ss. Makes using @ overly redundant, like opening a letter saying, "to whom it may concern, to whom it may concern,"
PallMallAre you taking any orals? They can crush my appetite some times
@PallMall none atm bud
You need calories to gain weight. Believe it or not whole milk is very good for gaining weight. It is hard to get it down, but if you can i believe you'll get better gains!
When I first start I could maybe only eat 3 or 4 meals per day so I use shake. 1 packet instant apple oatmeal, liquid egg white , peanut butter and milk blended. I can have this maybe 2 times per day and helped me drink more calories. Also crock pot helps too because the meat is moist and easy to eat. And you can mix ground beef with you rice because chewing so much food and be hard when you trying to force calories.
Making chili today. Booooom
@wanted love that idea I could Literally eat that every day. That’s why I use this forum. The expertise is such a huge help
Try the originals protein drink. Cottage cheese.
You can damn near drink it. Add three cups a day. Should help. Goes down easy.
@SAM I Am Cottage cheese is far from my favorite it’s very hard to get down but I’m not in this for the flavor or taste a minute for the results so I’m on much thanks brother
I was saying the same thing until I counted my daily calories . Was way less from a "bulking diet". If you do count your calories and their g2g,try adding easy fats to your diet in order to add more calories. I do that by using macademia nuts or oil. Even a gainer shake could be an option. I will try ghrp-6 peptide for its increasing-appetite properties for my current bulk but thats just me and have no past experience, just by searching .
@left4dead Much thanks my man, I really appreciate you researching that for me
