-1I am a npc bodybuilder and I have used napsgear for a very long time and consider them to be hands down the most reliable and consistent source. I have no idea why their so far down on the list of most reliable sources. Not only do I use them but just about everybody I know uses them. I don’t know any sources that actually test their products to assure quality. I will always be a loyal customer because they have provided nothing but excellent service.

CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. THEY LOST MY PRODUCT AND NEVER RESENT THEM.
I LOST OVER $500
They claimed they sent my product but was not delivered.
They asked me to proof my residency. I showed them what they requested, a utility bill and several pictures of packages that had been sent to my address. They treated me like an idiot and played me for a fool for several weeks. Then "upper" management decided not to reship my products. OVER $500.

I received the order within 16 days. The effects of Anavar for 50 days at a 100mg a day was outstanding. Gained 6lbs of muscle while losing a lot of stubborn fat I couldn't get rid of easily. The strength gained was significant, every week increasing my lifts up in weight. Overall felt I had more endurance being very energetic in the gym and outside the gym as well. Customer service is number 1, inventory selection second to none and shipping is lighting fast. This particular review is about a very successful cycle I ended a couple of months ago. I was extremely satisfied with the results and quality of the products so I'll continue to be a loyal naps customer.
My last order included Winstrol, Test E and some Aromasin for a very solid 12 week cycle. All Geneza products; my go to lab for exceptional quality.
Communication with the NAPS team is always unmatched. They have live chat reps one can talk to; need i say more? Ok then, I will. If you have an issue you can always open up a ticket and you better believe your issue will be resolved within 24-48 hours. Crazy fast!
The delivery from naps is excellent. Every single shipment is very professionally packaged in a discrete manner. Even sensitive glass ampules always make it safe and sound to my door steps, which is not the case with other shops. I have never had a packed detained by US customs from naps.
All things considered you'd be hard pressed to find a shop as stablished and as professional as naps. Needless to say I've been a long time customer and will continue to be so.

They are pretty amazing in this department. At almost any time of the day, you can use a "chat" function on their website to speak to a live person and discuss any issue with your order. Request status updates, report any problems etc. For more serious issue (such as a product seizure and reship), they have a sophisticated dedicated support site (napshelp.com) where an expert will get back to you with resolution within 12 hours, even in complex situations.
Packaging varies, due to the numerous amount sources available. But are always non-descriptive and generic in nature so as to not draw extra attention from customs or other shipping authorities. Also wrapped tightly and secured to prevent any damage. I have not had any products lost or damaged during shipping. Tw I had a couple packages seized upon entry into my country, in both cases Naps provided a complimentary re-ship - awesome!

-3Naps is absolutely amazing! I have ordered from here several times now and have always received my products in 2 weeks or less! My most recent order was the quickest I have ever had, with a stupidly fast time of arrival of only 7 days! It only took 7 days to get from Eastern Europe to the Midwest U.S.A.! Personally, I think that is incredible. I have always had amazing results with the products from Naps, and the cycle I am currently on is no exception! It is actually the best cycle I have ever had yet! Naps had made me a customer for life!
My most recent order was all products from Aaster Solutions. Test cyp 250 and boldenone 250. I have also received test cyp 250 and tbol from both Geneza and Dragon Pharma in the past, as well as Arimidex from GP and Nolva from Dragon.
Communication is always excellent. I have never waited longer than a max of 12 hours for a response on any message I've sent them.
T/A has always been excellent. Like I previously said, I have never waited longer than 2 weeks for a package and the quickest I received one was in 7 days. The packaging is perfect, bubble wrapped with care and very tight. My last package was actually a little tough to open it was wrapped so well.
Overall, Naps is an unbelievable source. You can earn store credit by answering questions from other customers while providing very useful knowledge for them, and you can also receive great knowledge in return. Naps always takes care of its customers!!

+ 1Hopefully people see my review on here because Napsgear banned me because I posted a negative review! Notice on their site, you see nothing but 5 star reviews. It's because they ban the people who leave negative reviews! Wild. I ordered Dragon Pharma Tren E and Test E. Running the Tren E at 400mg/week and Test E at 250/week. I have no bloods cuz I was running low test but I know my body very well and i have 0 signs of this being legit gear. No libido, no energy, lethargic, and actually getting weaker in the gym. It's terrible. I've always used naps with success in the past but now they lost a very good customer.

-2Ordered full cycle +, arrived in about 3 weeks. Almost 2 weeks in, not really feeling much. Ordered roidtests and tried it on 1 of each of the gear. The tbol checked out ok. The test c. (of which I ordered quite a bit) was totally non reactive. I couldn't believe it, tried it again. Non reactive. Nothing in there. Tried the deca, same deal. Non reactive. This was dragon pharama stuff, always heard good things. Maybe my stuff got tampered with before it arrived to me. Sucks big time. I even messaged naps help and sent them a pic of the roidtest, they came back eventually and said just to trust them not roidtest. Well, I've taken these compounds before and know what to expect, and nothings happening as it should thus far. I guess buyer beware. Unfortunately I had to select I don't recommend the supplier, even though they have come through fine in the past. This was my biggest order and now its mostly wasted time and money.
*Update 8-19
I have to amend my previous review. I do in fact feel the effects of the test and deca, they just took longer than expected to come on. Idk whats up with the roidtest, but now I think I question it's validity more than Naps. I couldn't in good conscious leave this comment the way it was. My apologies.
