+ 5 24 Week bulk and recomp cycle (two cycles back to back)

STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS
Right now im sitting at 240 at 5'11. As you all know ive been out of it pretty much since last August with those surgeries. Ready to get back on a big cycle. This is a cycle my body can handle well. And my diet will be on point. No cut corners with this. Ill be starting this next week. And will try my best to do weekly updates. My girl is to get my size and fullness back the first 1e weeks and then the following 12 weeks cut the excess water and fat that was put on with the muscle gain while shaping up the muscle and maintaining fullness and really manipulate my diet to make my vascularity and detail really pop.

Theres a whole in my pec and part of my front delts gone. My pec minor and major tore along with front delt bicep and rotator cuff

At the end of my chest workout 5 days before my comp. Ugh
What does it feel like now when you are pressing - is it massively noticeable? Worst nightmare...
It doesnt hurt. Im not bsck to bench pressing yet. But i can see it on flys and it drives me crazy. The damage is only visual though. No pain
I tore my left bicep just after christmas. I stupidly made up a 240lb dumbell at home to do some rows with and as I was a few inches off putting it down on the last rep, I just heard that horrendous pop/snap sound and I saw my bicep ride halfway up my arm and the weight crash on the floor. It didn't completely detach thank god and as I use them merely as anchors it doesn't really affect anything but you soon realise you aren't indestructible don't you! Whole thing turned black for the next several weeks lol
jayiski remember the pic of you in an arm brace but had no ideal it was so severe.

just keep grinding away. Do what you can in the gym and make sure not to push yourself too hard.
