I went to a privet owned gym for a while. The dude that owns it is a power lifter. Hands down one of the best gyms I have ever went to. I would still go there but when I moved to the other side of town it just wasn't realistic to keep driving 30 minutes (longer in traffic) to work out when I could be at the gym in 3 minutes. But of course it's the same nightmare in the evening. Now in the morning to great though.
Yep, mine is less than 10 minutes away, easy ride, enough time to down a protein/carb shake and a cup of death wish coffee, so works perfect. Too many high school kids and equipment hoggers in the evenings, I mean who takes 5 minute breaks between cable or machine chest flye sets? I take 40 seconds, timed.
Or that 6 man group that does chest every day. And it's a f**king social club in between sets. I feel you on that.
Yeah we have that group too, and they're always trying to recruit too. I'm staring off in space with my earbuds in for a reason, I don't have the time nor the interest in carrying on a 10 minute convo with y'all about a bunch of nothing, once I'm in motion I don't plan to stop or change focus until I'm done. But they'll interrupt anyway and I'll be polite, so mornings just work better, lol.
In the morning the only group is a group of old women and their husbands doing cardio together, now that's what's up. I like to see that group.

Yeah, nothing like that close enough to be convenient for me, though the gym owner competed for a while and we got a few guys that made it to state finals next month. I got asked if I wanted to train with them and compete next year but I dunno. It was cool being asked, but I go all out when I do stuff, totally immersed, probably really piss my wife off, lol.

For me it's her, family in general, always first. Gotta think about work too, I have a professional degree and am licensed and have a career I worked hard for. I know alot of ppl do but I was the first in my family to go to college and I paid for it myself, so not throwing that away. One of the BB's at the gym that made it to state lives in his car so he can work minimally and devote his time to the gym and his money to food and gear. I'm pulling for him, I hope he goes far and it was worth the sacrifice, but I made my major sacrifices like that for another cause, those days are far behind me.

Actually it's the best time for me. It let's me beat the crowds and also by the time I get off work I look like I been sprayed with a water hose. The beating I take from this heat and humidity makes it really hard to get motivated after work. Though I do do 2 a days sometimes when it isn't to bad.

Yep me to I would do half first thing when I wake up then the other half pre workout and it just wasn’t the same so I just take it pre workout now
Honestly seems like splitting up my dose gives me heartburn really bad.
really I only get heartburn when I take it to close to my meals. But it’s the worst it last forever.

Lol, me too. I had ran out of TNE and had some aqua but it's just not the same, upped to a 21ga and was still getting clogs
I've never used tne but I definitely would like to. It sounds like the bee's knees for pre workout.
As far as pwo goes it's my favorite, just gotta watch the estro and use it sparingly on your heaviest/hardest days.

Oh yeah, great for that. Takes 30-45 minutes to kick in, so allow for that, but yeah. Aqua kicks in faster but doesn't last as long though my biggest issues with aqua is the pin clogging and it taking 3, 4, maybe even 5 sticks to administer 1ml bc it's test particles suspended in water. TNE is oil and pins like any other oil, but there's no ester attached to the test. So aqua hits fast and is gone quick whereas TNE hits a little slower but is more steady. Plus the TNE causes me less estro issues than aqua, guess bc it's a little more of a slower, steady release. You'll feel the TNE all day pretty much, even at work.
Now that's what I'm talking about. That just hit the top of my list of compounds I want to try.
