I got a little pip from the tren a when I first started pinning it, especially the delts, but I don't get it at all anymore, think just because it's acetate and first time I ever ran it though.

Honestly I used to despise mornings and thought there would be no way I could hit the gym before work considering how labor intensive my job is. Once it started getting hot, I didn't feel like going to the gym after work so I decided to give it a shot and it's worked out. I actually have 10 x more energy, all day and even after work, since I started. Now I don't think I could do it any other way.
I feel like I'm weak if I'm still sleepy. I need a few hours to get that out of my system. I can't just wake up and go to the gym.
That's the truth though. Some days it really sucks because I start out slow then when it starts to get good it's time to go to work. That is my main struggle some days.
I found this cheap ass preworkout that costs $20. It must have something bad in it because it gets rid of that sleepy feeling. And it works better than the $50 preworkouts I have tried. It's honestly the best I've used so hopefully it doesn't get banned.
Same here, as long as I get some macros in mornings are my thing too, just a good way to start the day once you get used to getting up early. Then your done and if you have a crappy day at work you don't have to dread going to the gym or risk skipping. I just get more fired up in the mornings and there's hardly anyone there, but the ones that are there are the dedicated and mutually respectful folks - no people just sitting on equipment and in your way. So it's always the same people and we have a kinda groove and it works well.
jayiskI have trained in the morning before work in the past when my scheduled called for it. Yes you usually see the regulars in early and they have their routine down and are usually more mature.
Now evenings is a nightmare after normal working hrs. Too crowded and too many idiots with no common sense or proper gym etiquette.
But i am referring to commercial gyms so i am sure hardcore BB, PL , Strongman gyms are different at night.
Everyone in my gym is fucking awesome lol.
In all seriousness i only have to walk down a flight of steps and I still can’t imagine lifting heavy right when I wake up. Even on the weekends I need like 2 hours before I can get down there.
All I need is a dark roast with a shot of espresso and it on!
You’re lucky man. That is my oreworkout when I get home from work though. 8oz of cold brew death wish coffee and its go time!
I'm not gonna lie, I definitely get better workouts on the weekends, I sleep a bit longer and get more whole food macros in before going, plus I know I don't have to go to work after so I'm more intense. But my wife won't let me workout in the evenings really, so I just play the hand I'm dealt and make the best of it.
