3 months cut I didn’t lose any weight actually I gained 5 pounds of muscle! I started 200lb and ended up 205 obviously lost a lot of fat and put in a decent amount of size

Lots of chicken shit ton of eggs and jasmine rice all clean once a week I would have sushi and drink alcohol 1 time a week so I could keep my sanity haha
