As some of you know I have been away due to some personal medical reasons. Feels good to be able to workout again and get back “on”.
Running test en and deca and dialing in my diet. Hoping to gain back the 30lbs I lost.

Looking swollen here mate. Did you managed to build the 30lbs back? Would look pretty impressive with the added lean weight on your frame.
I haven’t been able to yet. Just started up a cycle test/deca and gh. I hope to get the 30lbs back.
