How’s the Dbol
The dbol was for a buddy of mine. He is loving it- he likes these better than some pharm grade dbol I gave him awhile back. He splits them and is having great results

Then there.are those single use pointed handle single flosser picks that are tough as nails and work well, for me anyhow. Yes peeps got to floss man. I've learned that the hard way, and even brushing with water is good enough.
periodontal gum disease Is not to be taken lightly. Invest in one. Well worth it lol

Even 1 step worse is periodontal disease. The majority of people seen losing teeth here and there is usually do to the jawbone deteriorating. Could be avoided by a deep cleaning; brutal.
Absolutely! From chewing for many years they said I was starting to get it. Ever since I’ve been a three time a day brusher and flosser.

Deep cleaning; I had one in 2012; 4 quadrants. 1 quadrant at a time. They numb the gum and dig up in there and scrape it clean. Anybody can get this disease. They told me to do a deep cleaning ever few years, I waited 36 years but it was overdue big time. I didnt lose teeth but did lose 4mm of bone. Just around 8 years ago and by now I'd be missing teeth. The cleaning is necessary even if he or she brushes and glosses. I'm do for a cleaning and major checkup. Glad this subject came up
That's an excellent 10-14 week cycle there, for me anyhow. I grabbed his NPP 200 Instead of the Deca. I just cant run longer cycles. The phenyl Prop ester is long enough.

I dont run orals so cant say but In the past Ive run that Deca at 400mg split 2x per week. I think 400 is a sweet spot for me although I now only do NPP, and you will get 12 weeks out of those 2 vials of Deca. I run my test low because the majority of the sides are do to Test, and that much Deca doesnt shut me down hard anyway.
I'd run 1 ml, 250mg a week of Test split into two pins, mixed with 400 mgs of Deca so it's easier to split pins ( I make things complicated), but that's me and it's a NoNo for a lot of people because of shut down, but I've done well with running Deca much higher than Test; and I only run short esters now anyhow. I'm not advising just sharing my past experience.

Doubling the first week? I've never frontloaded the decanoate ester, but that's how I treat enanthate.
I ask because I'm about to do the same thing. Deca.
I have a good read under my fav forums I think by Detroit Nate or zewi years ago about front loading the different esters. I will copy and paste it to ya through pm
