9 weeks in on Test only, posted labs earlier detailing compound used and strength.
The pic showing a bicep pose is obviously natural. Once I hit my 40's muscle seemed harder to keep and gain. I was a member here over 5 years ago, got pretty swole but stopped working out to focus on school and work. I was out of the gym for several years and lost all gains and then some, poor diet as well.
I started eating healthy and working out again naturally for almost 2 year before I decided to top off my T levels.
I hope to get back to were I left off and then some.

Looking good boss. Do your shoes have your name on them?!
Looking good Bro
Well done man + from me
Keep doing what you're doing +2
Thanks
+1 bro good job
Thanks
basskiller89How often do you train obliques, very large brother!! +1
Lol That's the way my lowerer left rib flares out.
I'm with you bro, I'm 42 and it seems like I have to work twice as hard to get half the gains I used to. Just posted a progress pic I was hoping to put on a little more size but ended up loosing some bodyfat and adding a little size. Anyway I am a firm believer in muscle memory so it should be easier to get back vs if you never had it. Good luck brother
Lol yup we hit 40 and bammmm !!!
Gotta work harder ( cardio) and diet better
Cardio? What's that? Lol. Diet and cardio are always my down fall.
RustyhookerLooking large buddy!!
Thanks, been doing a clean bulk and up 10 - 12ish lbs.
Hoping to get back to 195lbs 15% BF and then do a cut.
I tried to do a cut in the past for an older EBC but failed, I relied to much on the compounds and should have dialed in my diet instead.
WillzillaIf i can strive to be like you at 40 i will be very pleased. Ive read a few papers that natural testosterone levels drop when you hit roughly 30 years of age by estimated 1 per cent every year. By dropping to 80 per cent ( if you are an athlete which i am not) you can possibly maintain but not grow. I love looking at pictures on eroids because ot inspires me. Keep braking barriers my friend
WillzillaBeing out of the gym that long hasnt affected you in the slightest. Muscle atrophy kicks in to most people within a couple months of not training. This shows you have very good genitics
Thank you
