How long have you had gyno? - this is important as to whether it can be shrunk or somewhat reversed.

Don't worry about crashed prolactin. It is not a concern, nothing to do with gyno and nothing to do with erectile function other than causing premature orgasms and reducing the refractory period (as if that was a bad thing!).

FYI: stage 1 gyno can be shrunk significantly. Stage 2 cannot. However inflamed gyno from current high estrogen can be un-inflamed by lowering estrogen.
