This is a back shot from after a 10 hour day putting together a crane at my job. I’m on dragon Phorm’s super drol 10 mg in the morning and 10 mg hour b4 my workout and the stuff is strong!! The pumps in the gym are insanely nice. Full review after cycle

Sam got any recommendations for building a nice wide and strong bottom back? What workouts do you recommend for my frame? Just wanting to add thickness and definitely deffination
I personally can't do them but deadlifts will bring thickness by the crane load;)
Bent over rows with an underhand grip, bringing the bar into your belly button area.
Being on sdrol the pumps might become to much doing deads though. You'll have to see how you get on with them. Considering your job I'd keep well away from single reps or heavy lifts, keep it relatively light you will still grow. Nothing worse than agonisingly pain just putting socks on in the morning.
