Alright Guys.

I thought I should sign up and contribute a little that I can as over the years I've read source reviews and used it to help steer my purchasing.

I'm not as big as I used to be after loosing alot of weight going vegetarian and vegan. I like to experiment alot and listen to my body over time and use the pros and cons of what I learnt and try to continually grow as a person from what I learn. I'm now back on the meat train after a few years.

I did a blood test last year and found my test levels quite low (not used AAS for years). So started experimenting again.

My wrists have started to click and hurt after years of recreational boxing and being a plumber so I have decided to go on a small Test P and NPP cycle.

Im posting this because I want to review the source I use/might use, but I also want to give other browsers the chance to see an active account to ease them if they see my review. to know its not a fake, and hopefully this way contribute to the board.

I believe that listening to your body is a good thing.
Experimenting makes it sound like you are using yourself as a Guinea pig but I understand what you mean lol

Changing diet, increasing saturated fat intake, reducing consumption of soya because of the phyto-estrogens. high fat, full fat foods, organic milk. Tried keto because of various ailments such as nail fungus, rashes and other things. seeing what food changes has an effect. Big believer of what you eat is what your made off. Currently experimenting with fermented foods to see if I notice any differences in gut biome and health.
