+ 4 Best preworkouts?

A lot of the preworkouts that actually work have been banned now and any that aren't are about as effective as a cup of coffee.

What do you guys recommend for that preworkout advantage??

Some recommend cialis or viagra for the pump.
Other say dbol and sdrol can be great preworkout.
Dr tony huge from advanced athlete swears by baking soda for him.
Personally a few grams of carbs does me just fine.

So, what's your secret weapons for blasting through your workout? Need some advice as I'm slowly cutting and want to keep my intensity up.

Others that may assist: beet root juice, beta alanine, watermelon (or watermelon juice, or citrulline)...

lastly you mentioned baking soda, solid performance enhancer...but I believe benefits come from a very high dose... which tastes disgusting & can cause diarrhea. So you gotta play around with dosing.

As others mentioned: AAS (e.g. Halos, Sdrol, Dbol) are NOT preworkouts...you’re just on a cycle...neither is ED meds.

Cutting: ephedrine and test base/tren base with a cup of coffee.

Bulking: carbs, I prefer a powder, and mix with water. Also, when bulking a good pre workout powder is creatine.

10-20mg halos or 100mg test or tren suspension with a 200mg caffeine tab.

pre workout supps are 99% bunk.

The most over rated and over hype supplement category ever is "preworkouts".

It is also one of the most profitable for the supplement companies due to effective marketing strategies.

Excessive stimulants does nothing to promote muscle growth.

For the record in case anyone gets confused with so much misinformation and broscience out there...

Cialis is not a preworkout
Viagra is not a preworkout
Baking Soda is not a preworkout.

The greatest preworkout ever is still the most obvious. H2O. Plain water. Not gatoraid, not a carb drink, not liquid aminos, but H2O. If anything a little table salt helps also as sodium is necessary for the high peformance athlete.

Carb drink is not a good preworkout?... since when? Can you maybe elaborate on that statement please? I don't understand how water could be superior to liquid carbs for readily avalible energy during strenuous weight lifting?

I have read studies where Baking Soda can inhibit lactic acid...thus allowing one to maintain higher level intensity for longer. Similar things can be said for beta alanine... acting as a “muscle buffer”... just the chemistry functions differently as I understand it...

Also, beet root juice & watermelon (citrulline) have been known to improve nitric oxide levels.

I use liquid carbohydrates, but the strongest boost comes from the music I listen to with headphones. 60 minutes are in my world Smile

Some sort of liquid carbs like dextrose maybe and some egg whites. I can't deal with the jitters from caffiene and I heard it's not the best for bodybuilding because of the vaso constriction or something to that effect. Fast carbs usually give me the boost I need

I find liquid carbs a little better preworkout than eating, so I blended some almond milk, honey, oats, cocoa powder, egg whites and chia seeds together today for my preworkout, blend it super smooth, idk, I feel like maybe it absorbs faster this way

I’ve tried salt, 3 grams. Great pump but didn’t feel extra energy.
Coffee of course.
Halotestin rocks but fuck it’s toxic.
To be honest? Motivational videos help me more than any food or drug. When it comes to the workout itself it’s all about the mental energy and mental connection. All comes back to a well rested and fed body, the rest does itself.
Ps we have had many of these threads before.

Cant go wrong with a (ONE) cup of coffee , some table salt, and plenty of H20.

Pop on a black and white Dorian video from the Temple Dungeon in the mid 90's....Crank up some heavy metal music and if youre not "pumped" for a workout then....you never will be.

Thanks for the reply. Tempted to try halotestin but the toxicity does worry me. And I haven't been active in a while so didn't realise. Just wanted some opinions before I made a purchase.
