5ius daily. I wont be getting bloods for another 6weeks. ive been on GH for 4 months. my thyroid was fine 3 months ago. ill be holding off on T4 . Ill consider it if something is off after bloods. Thanks for the help everyone
That is a smart decision.
No any thyroid supplementation is uneccassry with anything unless you have a thyroid disorder, but then you should be seeing a doctor.
People need to stop with the thyroid supplements in conjunction with GH, there’s no evidence this is necessary or beneficial and it’s well known that almost 100% if GH users revert back to baseline if there is any alteration to thyroid levels. There’s only issues when an underlying condition is unmasked.
T4 is absolutely something you don't want to take unless you can confirm a significant dip with bloodwork. Most people will not need any supplementation.
What does your blood work tell you?
Over 5 you mean 6 or 15??
If around 5, more likely no need but monitoring bloods sounds like a good idea
