these are the final pics after my cut this summer.. fyi i cant pose worth a damn lol.. i tried to get some better pictures this time.. i can say i still got some work to do to get where i wanna be but all in all im happy with the progress this time around.. im holding a little more water than usual i think its a combination of hcg and some higher than usual salt intake.. been hot at work lately...was my cut perfect, no, but learned alot this time around and had 2 vacations this summer where diet wasnt perfect but again im pretty happy with my progress..id say over 90%of the time my diet was pretty on point...i played with it a little throughout to see how my body responded...any feedback is welcome and appreciated.. thanks everyone for the support through this summer, you guys defiantly helped me stick with it and helped me get closer to me goals..thanks again everyone u guys rock...
