Something seems off here with these claims, but none of my business anyway. Dfs has been good to me and very responsive recently fixed an issue with a missing item from my order. So if there’s issues I’m sure they are not looking to screw anyone over and it’s a genuine problem. Maybe some people need to reconsider the payment method they use

Like I wrote before, it is my fourth order and never had a problem till now. I cant say anything bad about buyasnet but it seems little bit suspicious that now few people waiting so long for his goods. We chose one of payment method and just followed by rules.
Don't you think it is not our problem . I and everybody else just want to now little bit truth , how long we will be waiting ?? They should treat us more professional.

brick topthis transaction has turned into a nightmare, i finally got a account number to make the transaction to, i payed and two days later the funds were made available to them to withdraw, now two weeks after i keep on asking about the payment to get my order sent but i keep getting the run around, i have sent them proof of transaction and that the payment has been made, i have now waited two weeks so now i want my goods sent or the transaction been payed back to me. i see many other now are having the same problem as i have, maybe its time for mods to step in and sort this mess out? i have sent many mails mails and pm to them but i still just get the run around. i hope that this gets sorted out asap

I have contacted with support and there is the same reason - problem with the payment and they will sort this out within days.
My payment was definitely successful.
It is my fourth order from this site and I never wait so long. Always I got everything within 10 days and I was very happy with the products .
Hopefully they will not disappoint us this time and will send the goods ASAP.

what do you think we all are being done during this weeks? and I have to say that dfs it has been supportive and replying to all my messages, at least. but we can not change that there has been an incident that affects some of us. better to share and ask for calm than leave people wondering and bitching around. don't you think?

Did place my order and paid over 5 weeks ago (6th of July).
The payment status in the order history didn´t changed since then.
Contacted the support multiple times and sent them a payment confirmation (including the debiting) twice. They put off my problem again and again and ask me for more and more patience, since they do have problems with the "payment" or what ever.
The payment was definitely successful and I do not understand why they let a repeating(!) customer waiting for so long.. never had such a problem with other shops. If they have problems with receiving of the money, although the customer did everything correctly, then they have to clarify the problems without the customer suffering (in my opinion).
I do not believe that I will ever receive the products or the money back. That´s why I am posting this in the hope that someone from the buy-as team will put a little bit more engagement into my case.
i don't want write here all details, but situation is, that problem are not only from our side, only i can say that nobody will not loose any money, just need some time to fix all.. if you have more questions, please pm.
I am having the same issue as you. I think is a general problem and I hope they will do the right thing as paying and loyal customers we are. trust is the only thing that we have in this world.
Maybe we did order the same products and they do not have the product in stock anymore so they wait till they can restock it, before sending it out?

RivaFirst of all you fucked yourself by starting your prep without having all your gear ready to go. Second, send him a pm, e-mail or even use the ticketsystem. I've never not gotten a response and i've ordered numerous of times. They will take care of you.
First of all, if some one is recommended and reliable and its your first time you tend to think things will go as they should. Putting it better way its a learning curve!!!!!! Believe me I have sent many emails and PM and used the ticket system - different excuse each time but hey more fucked off then fuck up. I will be simply better for the next show I can enter as a novice....

Next time make sure you don't start a prep until you have everything on hand.
yep - im not as thick as people are making out on here as I do get a bits sensitive to some of the use cracks. gave myself 2 months leeway with everything to start , bridging stuff, stripping and to PCT. Unlike the other wise cracks on here obviously someone I can take advice from I am 42 5'11 222ibs BF 8% wishing to do my first comp.thinking novice seniors - good chance of winning as no one believes I am the age I am with some good foundations.
Unlike the youtube stuff everyone over here seems bitchy and protective about advise - at the moment finding my way by myself and a llewllyn hand book. Cheers.
